Very clean, very welcoming and helpful staff. The location is very convenient

I wish they can upgrade the breakfast options. Other than this everything is amazing.

I asked them large room before my arrival and high floor but they didn’t give in the time they have and I was in this hotel many times before

Comfy beds. Reasonable staff. Clean room.

Clearly not a 4* hotel. Fitness centre out of operation, games/billiard room doesn’t exist (and needs to be updated on the website and on the documents found in the room). I selected this hotel on the basis these facilities would be available. Dated rooms, which are limited to one key per room. Missing plug for bathtub. Aircon didn’t work properly.

Location is excellent Staff are cooperative and nice for fixing issues and late check-out.

Air conditioning is set to fan only, weather was hot and waking many times at night because of hot weather at room.Bathroom facilities are not up to date and not functioning well.Breakfast is limited and poor.Bed comfortability is fair.

Shouldn’t even 2 stars. Dirty. No shower gel. You get shampoo and conditioner and a bar of soap. That’s alright if I’m staying in a hostel for 15 Euros, but a 4 star hotel?! No shower gel? Breakfast is just sad. Staff stop refilling way before the end of breakfast. We came down 1 hour before breakfast finished and found sad leftovers. The fitness room isn’t what is shown on photos (now removed). Asked the staff where all the weight machines are and apparently they’re just currently being repaired. However, the room is so tiny that there’s no space for any of the workout stations. Got in touch with Booking and got a partial refund and the hotel refused to let me check out because of that. It was super uncomfortable and we had to go to the airport and they made us wait around for 10 minutes while the duty manager came over and asked me why I reported them to Booking and telling me that they now have to pay a fine. Whoever runs this place should check out other 4 star hotels and get some inspiration of how things are done.

The only positive thing about this hotel is its location. Next to the market and the bustling area of the Moda neighborhood.

The condition of the room was terrible for the price I paid. The socket was displaced and handing on the wires, mold in the bathroom, bathroom door has seen better days. I guess it was a good hotel 10-15 years ago but now it requires a renovation.

Small room but good, housekeepers were good. Good staff.

The parking fee charged us 4days. We started use the parking from friday 2:30pm and leave the parking Sunday 3pm.The breakfast was ok, but all same for the 4days, atleast provide a variety. Aircodition was fixed in Heater, they should let the guest choice if they like cold or warm, can’t slept well because i was sweating due to hot inside and no proper ventilation the cold from outside.

Rooms where old, mold in bathrooms, old ugly carpet, dust everywhere. Breakfast could be improved, not great same everyday. When you walk it it looks nice.

The location is very good near all transportation (metro , ferry…), The room is good size and clean but with small TV

Service was great and the staff were very helpful

I seriously hated the fact that those who have hair transplants sit in the same breakfast area as you. How van you eat your food when you see someone's head covered in wounds from the hair transplant. Please change this and give them a separate place to sit. I stopped eating my breakfast and wanted to vomit ? everytime i saw some in the breakfast area with this.

The location is very good, in a few minutes walking distance from the metro and ferry station. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was very good, a variety of options were available. And the most important thing to me: the hotel and the room was very clean and was cleaned every day during our 5-night stay.

The only negative thing I can mention which comes from my Iranian culture (it might not be a problem for a person from a different country), is the bidet at the toilet. It seemed to me that it was not adjusted properly. I wish there were a water hose beside the toilet instead of a bidet inside it.

Everything was at a high level. The best hotel where I stayed in Istanbul. Location. Availability of transport. A delicious breakfast. Good staff. Thank you for our holiday in your hotel. We'll be back.

In the room there is not enough sockets, but it's not a problem
