Hotel is in the center of old city

I see that someone from the hotel posted the first review stating my name. I can now recollect he took the phone form me to check the reservation. I wonder if this was done then. So, be careful. I have updated the review since then. And I will make a complaint about this to Booking.comRoom was noisy at night. Cleanliness could be better.

Bed was confortable;Staff Women were helpful and kind :)

Great location. Cheap price. Beds comfortable, shower was ok, happy to give towels and bathroom things when required.

exposed plugs in room, random holes in the wall. I messaged in advance and asked if they had toast, was told they did. I got there and they had never heard of a toaster, just had bread, not much choice but for the money it's okay.Whatever you do, do NOT accept their taxi for taking you to or from the airport, the owner suggested we use 'his taxi' to get back to the airport, BIG MISTAKE.The man drives like a maniac! driving 80mph switching lanes both sides, driving within 30cm of the car infront before changing lanes. I feared for my life! Use Uber or public transport, don't use the taxi the owner 'owns', he has no fear of death.Also don't sleep on the 1st floor if you can, ask for a room higher up so less noise from both people talking on reception and traffic. Better to be on higher floor.

Everything else . We booked room for 5 nights , they kept moving us from room to room because someone else booked it . Extremely noisy location . No microwave , tea pot or coffee maker . Elevator fits only one person . Lots of malfunctions in the room !!!

Do Not stay with them, better options for sure

The hotel is in a good location,. The place has a terrible breakfast but a great view. The power was cut off for days in high heat. We tried to explain that we paid for AC, Wifi, and power but were given none for three out of the four days. He gave us no refund and lied about taking contact details and not contacting me for a refund. The hotel is a scam; honestly, there are way better hotels than this one in the area. The location is nice but stay away from this hotel for sure. Last thing, they started a generator when the power went out for the restaurant outside our door. The owner entered our room left it wide open during the day with our belongings in it and had workers in an out working on things. The generator was loud as a concert outside our window with gas. They refused to even switch us to another room and said nothing they could do about this. It is a shame they were in business.

Hotel staff are very friendly and I left my gold , mobile.. every day they come for cleaning and we was outside..everything was saved in room..I like it.we are satisfied.

Only good about this place not far from grand bazar like 15 min walk

They was ants in my bed every nights, my room was smell old and was so bad and the tv don’t work. I even told the hotel staff come fix it they never they didn’t do nothing and the shower was broken was leaking. Very bad hotel. I won’t be staying here never again. Do not stay here
