The management, location, rooms and affordability can not be beat. Hotel employee where friendly and helpful. They also keep this hotel affordable despite the great location and quality, something I really appreciate.

Very noise coz next to tram line And staff very old hotel no way 4** it's worth 1 or 2* star

location is amazing. hotel is within walking distance to Istanbuls most important tourist attractions. There so many restaurants in that area. best place for Tulip is Gulhane Park that was at the door steps. Rooms are clean and staff super friendly.

Location was excellent but room too noisy from outside and smoke coming into room . Daily breakfast which was included in the price was good

The 4 star rating for the hotel is totally not deserved. It was a tiny room with partitions for bath and toilet. The reception area was on the first floor with no elevator access. There was no internet (WIFI) access on the first night (reason given rain

The room was very nice and clean. The hotel staff was very helpful. Everything was exactly as advertised.

A few things didn't work in our room - the light in the shower and our fridge. But a handyman fixed it right away. Then our safe didn't work. He fixed that too.

The bathroom setup is weird.

To gain access to the room, you need to be able to climb stairs from the use of the elevator. This hotel is not fit for the disabled and the elderly . Ground Floor of independent hotel restaurant twelfth night to reach very annoyed customers to guest rooms. On the morning of Monday, 13/4/2015 I am and my wife is asleep and the door was closed tightly on the outer side of the door and put a sign not to enter the hassle and were surprised to open the door by a person strongly great, and I screamed it, shut the door and went in haste. We told the hotel management what happened and did not give us any attention.

Does not rise to be a 3-star . Breakfast is very poor and the staff at the restaurant uncooperative, give me a sense of desire to take the food. The hotel reception in the first round and you need to go up stairs to reach.

Needs walls/ ceiling restoration and some cleaning

Location is tops if you want to move around and see a lot, very close to tram stations (Gülhane), Marmaray train, Eminömü ferries...in a busy street with shops and restaurants. Beds are comfy. Price is very convenient.

The bathroom ceiling needed paint and some renovation due to humidity. Some broken things, TV wasn't working well (no signal) and elevator only goes from first floor and up. They didn't come and clean the room or get fresh towels or sheets in 4 nights.

The location was great, near the train.

The bathroom was awful, when you were showering the water leaks out of the bathroom. I don’t know if they have heating for all the hotel but the rooms doesn’t have individual heaters.

Very small room and the W.C gives no privacy. But it was clean .

I have stayed at this hotel for the last 4 years every year when coming to Istanbul. I was always happy to stay here but I have to agree with others this hotel needs serious maintenance work. The rooms are no longer up to scratch. Walls need paint, laminate floors are disintegrating and water damp issues in the bathroom. I cancelled my next stay (next week) at this hotel because I found better value elsewhere. I hope to return next year and see some positive improvements.

Breakfast wasnt the best , was supposed to be traditional turkish breakfast but just ended up with polony, cheese, hard eggs and bread.

The resturant down stairs . The people working there demanded a service charge after we paid the bill eveen though they offerd a terrible service we were suposed to of had a 10 per cent discount for the resturant and were charged over the full amount PIzza fries and 3 fanta orange drinks came to 60.00?When we told the boss of the resturant that we wouldnt be dining there the next day he tried to insult us by calling us Sheep Shaggers!

Very friendly and polite staff. 24/7 reception staff available for support.Less than a minute walk from the train station. Easy to find.Room felt safe and met minimum standards.Cleaning staff were great.Very good welcome pack with toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, soap slippers, and slippers.

Restaurant, very expensive and poor taste.Although the bedroom and bathroom were kept clean, the overall state of the rooms was worn out and rundown. Black mould in the shower And peeling paint on the ceiling above the shower. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

Need floor renovation, furniture. Noisy guests during the night. Cheap. You get what you paid for.

Neda hotel is very well located. But what stands out, is the friendly and helpful staff. In particular, Ferhah and Hamdi, who went out of their way to advise us on the best options for our trip. Thank you.
