Old hotel, dirty and bad facilities.

The hotel was in good place near to attraction in the middle you can walk to sultan ahmed and ayasofiya and eminunu

The hotel need some easy renovation to be perfct also be carful from near by travel agency they twist word to scam yoy

Stay was good. Breakfast was okay. They could have added some fresh fruit juices. There were not many choices on the menu. The staff was very kind, polite, and friendly. Beds could have been more comfortable.

The hotel is super cheap, good location and helpful staff Late check in available We checked in at 2:00am They provide with good breakfast. I like this hotel

Rooms are a little bit older, and bed should be cleaned.

The location is great. Hotel entrance is right at the tramway rails. The staff is nice.

I usually give a one rating above average because I'm not picky. The hotel is fair. Not clean enough, everything is old, the windows have enough space around them that cold air is coming in. But, at least there was an air conditioner that warmed the room. It is pricey for what you get, unfortunately.

the Location is very close to serkeci tram line and Marmmary train which makes it ideal for people who wants to shop around. Generally my experience was fair. the rooms where small even for 2 individuals.

The internet service was bad it kept on getting disconnected every now and then plus it's very slow, they gave us old towels in which you can see threads are coming out. in terms of quietness you will keep on hearing the tram whenever it passes (might be annoying for some),i found out that our bathroom window was broken hence it kept on getting cold and we are in winter times. they only gave us one comforter for me and my mother which meant that only one of us can get the comforter while the other has to manage with the thin bedsheets. the breakfast is very basic and nothing fancy. and the elevator is very small 2 people max can manage to fit in

Nice guys at reception.The young guy helped us getting transfer to Airport.I recomment transfer to Airport organised by this hotel.Good Taxi driver ?

Good location and clean and near to Galata .the staff is very kind and helpful

Location of property is perfect, situated in the middle of istanbul downtown, lobby staff also were kind and helpful

Room was not clean, dirty curtains, dirty blankets, paper wall removed, light was very low in the room even after asking to fix it, and the worst when one day we asked for a cleaning, we found our bed same as morning, just trash removed only.Breakfast also not with a big variety of choice, and staff working in kitchen filling breakfast piece by piece not a proper self service breakfast

Location is perfect, staff is nice, it is clean, Galata, Eminonu, Agia Sophia are 5 minutes by foot, as well as many delicious restaurant.

Hotel could improve as it is outdated, wifi signal was weak. But for few nights and no expectations, it serve the purpose.

Fridge was not working . Breakfast has limited stuff . But it was good for the price I paid .

Absolutely nothing! Everything about this hotel was shocking.

The hotel was absolutely disgusting! It looked like it wasn’t cleaned in 30 years. There were dried insects on the wall. Damp in every corner. The toilet didn’t have running water or hot water. The bed sheets were stained and there were blood stains on the towels. I had to run as far away from this place the morning after landing. If you are worried about your health please don’t stay here. The “hotel” smelled so bad and there were plates of food left behind doors and the breakfast was appalling! I was too scared to have anything because the food smelled so so bad and it was clearly expired!

The Reception staff were more than welcoming. It was basic and that's the price we paid. The location is brilliant as a few yards down to the right there is the tram station.

The location is perfect. It is located in a busy lively street and all the shops and the restaurant are just there. The main attractions, the Topkapi palace, the Hagia Sophia, the Sultanahmet mosque, the Grand bazaar and many other places are also in a 10 to 15 minutes walking distance.

We were told that the breakfast was served at 8 o'clock to 11 o'clock but on some days most of it finished when we got there at around 10 o'clock.The bathroom needs upgrading.

Not clean enough, and only 1 key for the room, we have 5 adults and coming in/out was an issue, as we had to make sure someone was in. Not what u expect from a hotel,Very basic breakfast, just a snack really.

Property need to be updated. Property condition is not great. Specially bathroom.
