People were loud when we were trying to sleep I thought I was at a party . the staff gave us a creepy feeling they kept staring at us

The bathroom is to tiny as always in the hotels in this area and need remodeling

The location is exceptional 1min walk to tram 2mins to metro and walking distance to attractions.The staff are super friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Selçuk abi and Yavuz abi at the reception and to the beautiful woman with them, didn't catch her name unfortunately! The 3 of them are always smiling, greeting, and here to help with any questions or asks!The breakfast is varied and good. The people working there are super friendly as well. Thanks to the beautiful lady there who helped serving us some spices for our flu as we fell sick and to the beautiful woman who makes exceptional crepes for breakfast!Special thanks to Kenan abi as well who served us tea and coffee at the reception upon order.Calm nice hotel overall would visit it again.

The slippers are very risky I do not recommend using them. I fell badly on the stairs behind the reception while heading to breakfast and got bruised real bad (still blue everywhere till now 10d later). The hotel really needs to consider changing them!The housekeeping (daily upon request) will make fix your bed and throw the trash only. nothing more. Small Water bottles (1 for each) are only served the first day. Would be nice to have it daily.

Staff were friendly and supportive

The room was not the same as the picture you see. We saw some hair in the bathroom from the previous guests. Breakfast was a normal breakfast while it was advertised as wonderful.

The hotel was very nice and clean. It is a little older but very well maintained and has an authentic feel to it. The staff was amazing and provided exceptional service from the minute we walked it. Special thanks to Yavuz for making us feel like we’re home and attending to our every need.

Excellent location, quietness in the hotel and outside, good view of the sea from the hotel room window. Friendly hotel staff and its manager Mehmed and administrator Yavuz. Very good breakfast, prepared by chef Ozgur and cook Serpil, as well as special thanks to cook Nigar for delicious pancakes and hospitality. I really liked it.

Good facilities! Good location! Friendly staff, especially, the manager Saluck was so friendly and helpful ?. The cherry on top thing about this hotel was the delicious breakfast ?️ ? ? with a variety of options. Even you could enjoy freshly cooked pancake and omelette by the lady in the breakfast section. Besides, you can reach to the central area (Sultanahmet Blue Mosque ? ,Hagia Sofia) with just a few minutes stroll while exploring the vibrant Grand Bazar of Istanbul ??. However, if you wanna go by Tram or Metro train ?, the Tram and Metro stations are only a few steps away from the hotel. Highly recommended! ?

Very nice staff. The receptionist, Melania, was very nice. The breakfast was very good.

The location was excellent, near to Tram station and near to the metro station. Cleanliness was very good , the cleaner woman “ Inci” was very nice and clean person. We liked our stay because she clean very well.

Rooms are small and bathrooms are very old or dated. The breakfast is very average to the price you pay.

The breakfast was fine, there was a buffet with salad options, bread and soup. I particularly liked the milk coffee!The location was central, just one street away from the Laleli tram/ light rail, which took us into the SultanAhmed historic centre with the Blue Mosque and Ayasofia/ Hagia Sofia. It was also within walking distance (20 minutes or so) to the centre.

The hotel room that we had opened onto the road, which my friend found to be rather noisy at night. While the breakfast was good, there was no other meal served; however, they were happy to recommend nearby restaurants and events to go to. We were there for 3 days but were only given water bottles for the first day; this may have been an oversight, and we did not ask for more being out most of the time and using the kettle where needed.

Location is perfect as it is near the Laleli train station. No shower gel at Bathroom. Bath was clean but it is obvious that it is old dated

Nice hotel. Good positioning. Varied breakfast. Kind and friendly staff. Selcuk is one of them.
