Palette Grand Ant Hotel Istanbul

One of the reception staff was good with me and the cleaning worker was also good. As for the hotel, its location is good, but it is not up to the required specifications because it is new, only in the pictures.

When I arrived at the hotel at 2:00 am, I did not find the room and the receptionist told me that there was no room until 1:00 pm, knowing that when I booked, I made a special request that I would arrive at 2:00 am and the hotel agreed to my request, but it seems that it was a joke from them. I had to carry my luggage and look for another hotel to stay in until 1:00 pm came.

The breakfast is not good , The room to small , the air conditioning is not working the cold at night

Hotel location is very close to public transportation.Manager was flexible with room exchange. He offered me 2 rooms to choose from.

Room is small

Nothing is clean , so small rooms , also the bathroom is so small , it doesn’t worth a 140 dollars for two rooms per night

The room wasnt like the picture they gave me by far thr worst room ever room 110 Last time i visited this hotel i was given room 610 which was decent but this time the room was terrible

EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION.FRIENDLY AND GENEROUS STAFFKIND ROOM SERVICE STAFF. When cheking-in, We were allowed to join our room at 9 Am. When cheking-out, We were allowed to leave our logage Luggage till night. So, Thank you all.

Just suggestions, A kettle and some fresh water in the room, will be a plus. Some changings in the (rich) breakfast menu from day to another and it will be perfect.

Hotel is old but ok for the price we paid. Bathroom is not very clean. Staff were good and helpful. Location is very convenient for accessing public transport and tourist places.

We stayed 4 days and had the same breakfast every day. Expected some varieties

The breakfast exceeded my expectation. It is almost same as a five start hotel. It was very rich. The Location is excellent. It is near to marmara yenikapi station. Two minutes walking. You can take a train to taksim.

Food menu in breakfast isn't good. My friends basically didn't have anything to eat. Room facilities are generally older, but if you don't mind that, this hotel is good value for money.

All the hotel staff is very helpful and polite. Really good people, always trying to help.

Very small rooms. If you have a room facing to the street is very noisy. Also, the area is very crowded and noisy, not a good area to walk, but well connected to see all the touristic sites.

- Very close to Yenikapi metrostation, Marmaray and Aksaray Tram station- clean room. You feel yourself as if you are in 5star hotel- friendly and supportive staff

The hotel was in fact very good for the price. It's a three star hotel and expecting things you can only find at 5 star hotels wouldn't make sense. The staff was nice, facilities were working. What I liked the most was that they organised a covid test right in the hotel every morning for a very low price. Not having to visit a lab or hospital for that is a great advantage. I think turkish service is anyway the best in the world.

The breakfast didn't include the traditional "sucuk" to which I'm used to seeing in turkish hotels.

Location is perfect for shopping and access all kind of public transportation. Breakfast is fair, limited variety but good

Because its location in the middle of the shopping area , very noisy. but meanwhile has positive part of course to be close to the shopping area and to the transportation access.The cleanliness of the room is so poor, and the bath room needs very hard work to be just fair clean, or need to be completely renovated. sewage smell at all time inside the room was so disgusting.

It was near the metro very useful for someone who goes there for work. Also the servis was very good, especially Cengiz he was very kind and friendly which maked us feel like home.
