Absolutely nothing except the location

Everything; shower door was missing a panel of plexiglass- thereby I was unable to close the door; moldy growth around faucet-wall joints; hair dryer holder fell into the commode; nasty carpet; rude night shift staff; no toiletries like shampoo, conditioner or body lotion; rwas so tiny like a jail torture cell; no chair or table to sit and/workPLEASE DE-LIST THIS HOTEL

Only location is good.

It's very old and its not good for the price and reception is very rude and doesn't speak English at all. Please check the room before paying because I saw on booking foto of the rooms was very nice but in reality its not the same. I tried to take my money back after checking the room but they lied and didn't do anything about it.

Arrived to the hotel and they gave me a room with triple single beds while my reservation was one queen bed. I talked to the receptionist, he just simply told me ‘ I am sorry but all rooms are full)’ and I couldn’t cancel my booking too

The location of the hotel is fantastic. The staff at the reception are very nice.

The breakfast is poorly. There is just a few things to eat: bread, tomatoes, cucumbers, some cheap olives and that's it. If you have luck you will be happy to find a slice of yewoll cheese and a slice of very cheap sausage.The smell of cigarettes are everywhere in the room. The bathroom is as small as a dollhouse.

The room was ok and the personal was very kind.Every day the room was cleaned, which is very good and the food from breakfast was always refilled.It's awesome that the hotel is near tram and metro station which provides us a very good mobility to visit a lot of places.

I suggest you to clean the air conditioner filters because it smells really bad and it should be nice to rotate the breakfast. For 7 days the same breakfast is a little bit annoying.

Service and quality of breakfast need to be improved.

There was no provision of drinking water bottles in the room and shampoo was also provided.

Cleaning staff they don’t respect us and we loose AirPod in hotel

Outdated, nothing was like what was shown in the pictures, no amenties in the rooms. Overall not a pleasant experience.

The staff were the best, greatly helpful. Also the hotel’s location, that it is close to public transport for easy transportation. I can rebook the same hotel if I plan on visiting Istanbul again.

The light distribution in the bathroom, I felt it could be better lit, but I think it not a great big deal.
