Nothing, it was extremely dirty. A lot of cigarettes burn on the blanket, sofa, table, and the room smell stinks.i even asked for a refund cause I could bear to stay 1 minute in that room as soon as I saw it. So I left and asked for a full refund, the hotel refused to refund me. I got another hotel.

The breakfast was good, and the location was in the central area. The staff spoke English well, which helped. They provided water for us every day and upgraded us to a higher room. The breakfast was good and fresh.

The location of the hotel is a little difficult to get to as it is in between 2 lanes and can be missed. The room in question was a little off. The room could have been cleaned better as we found an old sock under the bed, and the flush was not working well. We had to fill the water to flush manually.

The location and the staff of the reception were friendly and helpful.

Lack of hygiene, lack of cleaning, old furniture, poor breakfast, rooms are not clean, No complementary snacks in the room, damaged and old towels. Also toilet seat was broken.

Again in Istanbul, travelling for work we choose the same hotel we stayed time ago. It is very nice hotel ,close to everything reasonable walking distance for Cevahir mall, Osmanbry metro station ,Nisantasi aerea, everything was good as we expected, kind reception peoples, gave us bigger rooms , good breakfast, worth for money,

We got one access card, later we released we request for another card, on day 2 the card can't access and need report to reception

It is a comfortable room but very old and used pieces of furniture. Stuff is helpful and kind, but do not speak so much. They are cleaning and change towels every day. The hotel is near the Metro station Osmanbay, about 5 minutes by foot—free Wifi with a really strong signal.

Excellent location, on a quiet street near Osmanbey metro station. There are many markets, pharmacies, and eateries nearby. The room is spacious, has a French balcony, comfortable mattresses, good shower. The room was clean, they cleaned it every day. I definitely recommend!

only Turkish TV channels, For 7 days our bed linen wasn't changed unfortunately

They didn’t have a bottled water in the room.

We got 3 people and stay in a family room, king size bed with single bed, with a sofa foldable to double bed, got kitchen and washing machine but no where to dry clothes

Breakfast is vegetarian even sausage is vegetarian, coffee machine is terrible no where near good taste. The room certain can't fully close , luckily I got my sleep mask with me

I had long hours layover in Istanbul airport and decided to spend the day in Istanbul.By reservation hotel supposed to be provide room at 2 pm,but they let me check-in early and this was extremely helpful because I had a long flight from New York and was very tired,so I had a time to rest and take a walk to my favorite Nisantasi before my transit flight.From Istanbul Airport to this hotel is 30 minutes drive.

hotel was not as shown on photos. it was extremely dirty and not up to the mark and price I have paid. I did not like it at all the photos were extremely misleading. I would not go back if given an opportunity even for free, I wasted my money.

not nice environment and AC wasn't working. I couldn't sleep single day!

I liked the location, the room design and size, the clearness, and the staff.

I suffered from internet service, and the air-conditioning had some problems that made me keep it running for 2 weeks because if i turn it off, i can not run it again, hahaha.

Upgraded my room for free as a suite was available, room was a good size breakfast was plentiful very happy.

A stay of two halves - first night was more of less average, the second was delightful with a great room. Perheps we were the victims of unfortunate timing

On arrival, we were billeted, with no explanation, in a neighbouring property (worryingly located between two hotels named Nil and Void, respectively, which was prophetic) The new, unnamed hotel had an abandoned feel to it, and the following day, the empty foyer was full of builders and building materials! In fairness, we were moved for our second night to a very pleasant room, with a lovely balcony, in the originally booked hotel. Breakfast was OK but nothing special, I suggest eating in one of the many local cafes instead.
