The Stay Nisantasi

I do not understand these positive reviews. The location is good, but it is situated on a narrow street, making it a nightmare to access during heavy traffic, which is a common occurrence.

It is excessively expensive for what it offers. Rooms are average with an old carpet. Spend a bit more and stay at the Swiss Hotel or pay the same for a stay at the Conrad, both are truly luxurious hotels. This hotel is not

It was a clean, comfortable hotel with very friendly and competent staff. My request for a very early check-in was met and the staff gave good recommendations for things to do around the area.

The bathroom wasn't great. A bit too small and cramped with very little counter space to put toiletries on and there was sometimes a weird smell coming out of the bathroom.

The location was perfect for shopping.

It’s in a busy area therefore it’s hard to get a goodnight sleep.

The service and location of the hotel are excellent; I will definitely repeat my experience there ?

The room service food not covered they delever it open

Very well located within Nisantasi and also very clean and comfortable

Very clean and friendly staff

Location, service

The room is small, there's no space, and there aren't enough clothes hangers. And why are the bedside tables without drawers? It's impractical and inconvenient! There's never enough water. But we ask, and they bring us more. The water standard needs to be raised.

The Stay Nisantasi impresses with its prime location, stylish rooms, and warm, attentive staff. Guests enjoy the cozy atmosphere and cleanliness

though some note street noise and minor maintenance issues

I love the hotel because it always makes me feel like I’ve returned home. It has a warm, family-like atmosphere, everyone is friendly, and the services are excellent.

the smell out side of the hotel from the Cat poop !

Very friendly staff and very nice location. The rooms were very nice, comfortable and clean.

Staff and the location

The furniture is old and the breakfast variety is limited and the price is high

Location , breakfast

The bed is small and the mattress is not comfortable

everything about the hotel is great i said that many times but i have to really commend them for making sure i was safe when the last earthquake hit .they came to my room and escorted me safely out and made sure i got my ride to the airport on time . I felt secure the whole time even though i was on my own

Quick check in and check out from the professional reception staff, the terrace room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities, with fridge, mini bar, tea coffee kettle, and espresso machine , the bed was very comfy. The hotel location is perfect and in the middle of high brands shops, moreover it is within walking distance to many shops and city’s mall, every thing else you need you may find it within walking distance from supermarkets and pharmacies to cafes and groceries.Wifi is available in the room.Quick response from room service and fulfilling your request in a short time .Special thanks to the house keeping lady( i forget her name) for keeping our room clean and tidy daily with all the amenities and her care for the little things.A Big Thank you to Mr. Atakan for the exceptional service and for following up all our requests with professional and friendly attitude.

Street noise, transparent bathroom which affect the privacy and comfort. There is construction site besides the hotel so you can imagine the noise
