Clean, comfortable, polite and helpful stuff, great location.

Very clean, very kind and hospitable staff, location in good location close to many services including train, metro sation and other attractions. Masjid right by hotel. Area around is very quiet ( no noise)A varied, healthy and delicious breakfast that all of us liked

I was hoping for suite of two rooms, which were not available in this hotel

All staffs are kind always. The location is excellent. We were very satisfied during this stay.

There are no amenities and tissues in the room. If needed, I recommend you to bring them by yourself. Breakfast is normal.

The location of the hotel is very convenient and very close the the major tourist attractions, however the hotel staff where incredible, they all where just trying to make us feel comfortable during our stay and welcomed, especially Kinan, great guy very helpful and very professional.

The Rooms are a little tight, but it’s manageable.

The staff were really helpful. On my way back to the Istanbul Airport, I dropped my phone in the taxi without notice. Thankfully, the taxi was booked via the hotel reception. I immediately called the reception for help. The receptionist connected me to the taxi company and provided strong assistance. In the end, my phone was found and collected in time before the departure. For this, I really appreciate the support from the hotel.

The location is right near to all the landmarks, easy to access to everywhere through the Tram.The team was friendly and very helpful, special thanks to Mr. Kenan for the arrangements and everything.

All was fine, one small thing, the sound proof between rooms was not the best as you can hear the noise from the other rooms.

There are plenty of facilities around the hotel — restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and many shops are all within walking distance.

The hotel is in a good location, but regular taxis / Uber cannot reach the hotel directly. Only the authorized tourist company vehicles are allowed to access the property.

One of the best options for stay in the Sirkeci area. Very friendly staff. They offered as complimentary breakfast. Perfect location.

The hotel has a fantastic location right in the heart of the city. It’s only a short walk to the T1 tram and the Marmaray Metro station, which is conveniently just outside the door. You’ll also find beautiful Gülhane Park and the historic Topkapi Palace within easy walking distance. The surrounding area is full of restaurants, cafés, and shops, so there’s always something to explore.The service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable during my stay. They were always kind, attentive, and ready to help with any questions or requests. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and would gladly stay here again.

This hotel has an excellent central location, just steps from Sirkeci and Eminönü tram stops and within walking distance of the Spice Bazaar, Topkapi Palace, and Sultanahmet Square. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The manager, Ahmet, along with the rest of the staff, were extremely accommodating and genuinely welcoming. When one of our rooms had a minor A/C water leak, they immediately provided us with another room at no extra cost. Their hospitality made us feel truly valued as guests.I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul—it’s clean, well-located, and run by a team that truly cares about its guests.

I Breakfast does not have lot of options and it could have been better

The hotel is super convenient, as everything was within walking distance. Although breakfast was not originally offered, they added it for us at no extra cost, which we really appreciated. The room was clean, and the blow dryer was perfect for my hair—it dried very well! The area has plenty of restaurants, and the train station is just across the street, providing direct access to one of the airports.

I would have liked a toaster, as some breakfast items were a bit cold.

We really liked our two-nights stay at Sirkeci Hotel. What a gem! It looked very new and clean inside and beautifully designed. Staff members were very kind and always ready to help. We loved the breakfast too!

There were occasional interruptions in the electricity supply.
