Our stay at the hotel was great! Contrary to some of the negative comments I saw online before arriving, none of them turned out to be true.Regarding noise, it really wasn’t worth complaining about — it didn’t bother us at all. Of course, we could hear a bit of music on the weekends, but that’s completely normal in Taksim!The staff were friendly and helpful. I especially want to thank the cleaning lady, Majede Hanım (Mrs. Majedeh) — she was always kind, smiling, and provided excellent daily cleaning service.The only issue we experienced was with our room door. Our key card often didn’t work, and although I asked reception several times to fix it, they only recharged the card each time. I had to go back and forth to the reception with our little baby, which was inconvenient. After two days, one staff member finally admitted that the door’s battery or electrical system needed maintenance. It would have been better if this had been checked earlier so we didn’t have to deal with the repeated issue.Overall, despite this small inconvenience, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciate the friendly service.

The only thing I didn’t like was the door issue — our key card often didn’t work, and it took a couple of days for the staff to realize the lock itself needed fixing. Or maybe they were aware of that but were reluctant to solve it. I also requested a sea-view room, but we were given one facing an ugly building instead (as shown in the attached picture).

It’s my third time staying in this hotel and I love it . The staff and management are great . Works so hard to make you feel home and enjoy your stay . Special thanks to Hilal, Gengiz , Nihal and all the guys at the front desk . Can’t express enough my appreciation to everyone .

Nothing to dislike

I was truly satisfied with my stay at this hotel. From the very beginning, the customer-oriented approach and attention to detail were clearly noticeable. The quality of service was consistently high, and the atmosphere was both professional and welcoming.I would like to express special thanks to the Front Office Manager, Mr. Eren, for his outstanding attention and professionalism. His approach made me feel truly valued as a guest, which had a very positive impact on my overall experience.The entire team was polite, friendly, and always ready to assist. I would confidently recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates genuine hospitality combined with high service standards, and I would be pleased to stay here again

Everything awesome ??

The size of the room is good and the staff.

There are annoying sounds coming from nearby buildings as there is a nightclub and also the colour of the furniture and the colour of the room is dark which does not give any cheerfulness. Also, the towels in the bathroom are very old and worn. moreover the entrance of the hotel is on the main street which poses a danger to the elderly and children

Everything was excellent from the location to the view and the staff’s friendly and helping behavior was top notch this was my second time here and hopefully many more stays to come

It is a very clean and nice place to stay in. Close to nice restaurants and easy to get a uber from it. Hosts are nice.

The toilet started to stink after a couple days. But it is tolerable.

Prime location for Istanbul it wasn't smack right in all the busyness of the city but on a busy street with stores, restaurant, attractions, and metros all in a walkable distances from the hotel.Breakfast was a great way to start the day not too heavy they had varies selections of breads, cheese, fruit, coffee, Turkish tea, some form of egg, sausage ect. and a few option of hot meals. Cengiz, Emine, Nuran, front desk, housekeeping all were very attentive from check in to check out.

I did not like the road noise from the bedroom it seem as if the window was not closed or seal properly. I could not tell when the window was open or closed due to the noise. I am also a very light sleeper i had to sleep with noise cancelling earbuds, other party got used to the noise after the 2 night. Room did leak when it rain heavy for the day, maintenance did appear when it brought to their attention.

The stay was nice and its location was quite central - and very close to Taksim square. The check-in and check-out was very pleasant with the people in the reception being very accommodating with our requests. The receptionist even helped with calling us a taxi for airport.

It was quite loud at night coz of the clubs around the area. The breakfast was fairly basic for the price - it pretty much remained the same across the days we stayed.

I had a wonderful stay at marble hotel .the staff were friendly ,helpful and welcoming, especially hilal Kraz and Iran .the room was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect especially the Bosphorus view it was amazing .i will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others

The room floor was not mopped or clean. when you walk barefoot, your feet get dirty. Already spoken to the reception.
