Hypnos Design Hotel

Location and a fantastic breakfast daily. Room is small but comfortable. It was clean. The staff were amazing. We were there for 8 nights and really enjoyed the visit.

Street noise which is common in most hotels.

It’s a nice little hotel in the heart of Istanbul. The rooms are clean, they have all the amenities that one might need. The best part is the parking. It is street parking in front of the hotel, but it’s kind of protected by the cones from the street. So you don’t have to worry about your car. And the staff is there to help you park. The location is perfect.

Location is amazing. Close to all the attractions and has everything around: restaurants, rooftops, supermarket and the best just 1 minute away from tram station. The room has everything including coffee and boiler, mini fridge with everything, safety box etc. The terrace is also very cute and gives a relaxing time with view towards Blue Mosque. The staff is friendly and helpful. The reception is 24 hours open. Has AC and it is not loud.

The toilet door is glass made and kinda see-through. Not all staff speak good English and any price for pick up or excursion are as expensive as everywhere else. Without AC and opened window is kinda noisy from the street plus prayer calling ? The pillows are way too hard..not good compared with mattress that was actually comfortable

Breakfast was a typical Turkish selection and varied daily. The location is excellent and eateries and shops so close and convenient as well as all the main attractions.

The lift was temperamental and not always work so stairs were the safer option.

The staff was very helpful, great professionalism and availability, highly reccomeded

There wasn’t anything i didn’t like

I don't know why there are some bad comments. It's a nice little hotel, safe clean and quiet. All the staff are kind, friendly, helpful and welcoming to the guests. The woman who prepares breakfast every day with love, thanks to her.. From Gulhane Tram Station directly to the room. Those responsible for cleaning the rooms, I apologize to them because we exhausted them with cleaning every day , thanks for them.Thanks HYPNOS HOTEL.

The location was very nice, and the staff quite friendly, but certainly not a boutique hotel as we know them. The elevator was the highlight of the hotel. The location was excellent for our agenda, but there isn't much else to be said. The breakfast area was so incredibly small they could not receive all guests at the same time. Breakfast was a hotel-prepared platter (i.e., no choice), which may be fine for some - but given the amount of waste we saw, it clearly doesn't work for everyone.

The state of the room and shag carpeting was questionable and the lighting unusually dim, such that putting on makeup with no outdoor sunlight was nearly impossible. Bedframes were very low, like almost on the floor low. We found the mid-waist level/hand-held shower head disappointing. They offered a mini bar, but no complimentary water.

I was impressed by the staff, each and every one being super helpful, they made our stay trouble free, productive and enjoyable

The room was well designed, with some clever features, but on the small side

4th time in hypnos hotel. Great location, good breakfast, nearby tram station and walking distance to all historical spots.

Many thanks for the super pleasant service! All the staff welcomed us well and helped whenever needed. We even got a bigger and Ottoman-style room, which added more comfort. The room had everything you need. The location of the hotel is extremely good and all major attractions are right next to it, there is a tram stop 100m away. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was freshly prepared and varied and delicious. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

-Located close to the main touristic attractions, a 15 minute- walk to the harbour. -The room -clean and spacious -The hotel staff- very helpful, polite and friendly-breakfast- varied

Litle beautiful hotel,with amazing people, breakfast was really nice and fresh, lady who made breakfast so lovely and sweet, guys in the reception so friendly and helpful, room was so quiet,clean and cozy .thank you so much 100% I'll be back

Beautifully decorated artsy room and hotel in general with very comfortable beds, a fabulous shower and a tasty freshly made breakfast with good coffee. The small balcony overlooks the street, but other rooms are on a quiet side street. There is plenty of room to store clothes and there were even a number of hangers in the wardrobe. There's a very comfortable armchair, great towels and toiletries are supplied. There are small tables with lights next to the bed.Location is excellent within a short walk from the major sites, excellent bars and restaurants and just steps from the T1 tram line.Staff are wonderful, eager to help and very friendly and most speak good English.

Lighting was on the dim side for my old eyes.

The hotel is very nice and the room is very clean and beautifully designed. The staff is very friendly and comes to your help if you need something. If you come here you just have to walk a few minutes to the important objective and the free parking is also a bonus. The best choice for your stay in Instanbul. I highly recommend it.
