Friendly staff; delicious breakfast; great location.

It was the perfect place to rest after long walks in Istanbul.

We really like the hospitality of the staff & their positive energy, specially the Hotel Employee, who has been going extra mile. She was engaged with all the guests (every table) during breakfast & making sure the stay is as comfortable as possible. Bravo !Thank you

Guys in desk were very helpful, I can't say the same about breakfast staff.

Hair dryer broke, one of only 3 electrical contacts didn`t work it all, second went out from wall- seemed dangerous from an electrical safety point of view. Time needed to reach historical center is not 10 minutes, but at least 20 minutes.

Employees are very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and location is amazing, 5 mins walking to Grand Bazar and main tram T2 which is amazing connected. A lot of restaurants near by.

Breakfast should have bigger offer of drinks and more different meat maybe.

I loved the staff, and our room had a lot of space. The cleaning staff was exceptional, and the breakfast was tasty. We ordered the Sultan's package at the Spa, and it was really nice.

There were a lot of Russians, and some or the staff only spoke Russian. Sometimes, Russian songs were played during breakfast. If that makes you uncomfortable, that is something to take into account.

Everything was great. The morning breakfast staff are all amazing. All the reception staff were awesome, very helpful and always smiling. Yaquob from the reception lent me his transportation card without even asking. The hotel is cozy and in a great area. Can’t wait for my next stay there.Highly recommended!

The only thing that I didn’t like there is the cat. I’m allergic to cats and other animals.

Our room didn’t have a window view at all. The room was dull lighting was bad. There was hardly any natural light coming in.

Hotel was ideally located close to Hagia Sophia and the Dolmabahçe Palace. We arrived very early for our booking and were made instantly welcome. Attitude and friendliness were exemplary.

Staff was helpful. Location in the rustic old town was excellent. Breakfast was generous, including local delicacy. Comfortable beds.

Street outside the hotel was quite noisy.

The staff though less in number but was extremely attentive and within minutes solved all issues. They helped us with various attraction bookings. The rooms were daily cleaned and towels and sheets changed daily.Ali was very polite and helpful.

The hotel was nice and clean. We would like to thank Ali for his exceptional assistance in getting around in Istanbul, choosing a café for dinner for our first night in Istanbul. The room didn't have a carpet on the floor. Bare floor isn't comfortable at all. There were no pastries in breakfast.

Breakfast was very basic,, I understand it's not a 5 star hotel but breakfast must excite guests cause day starts with breakfast,so I didn't lime either at all, ? but management must take extra effort to improve breakfast

I had a wonderful stay at Amber Hotel.The hotel’s location is excellent, with a vibrant food street right next to it, offering a variety of delicious local and international cuisines. The area is lively and provides easy access to many of Istanbul’s famous attractions.A special mention to the staff at the reception, particularly Ali and Selçuk, who were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Their assistance made my stay even more pleasant and hassle-free.Overall, I highly recommend Amber Hotel for anyone planning a visit to Istanbul. The combination of a great location, excellent food options nearby, and outstanding service makes it an ideal choice.

Location is good it is around 1.3km walk to Hagia sofia and blue mosque

Metro is far from the it is more than 1.3km from the hotel not a big hotel looking like in pictures

The hotel is in a great location for key tourist attractions. The cost matched our expectations and provided a good level of comfort. The rooms were cleaned each day including change of bedding. Range of options for breakfast.

The traffic outside can be bit noisy during early evening, but that same in any capital city, closing the windows blocks out most.If having breakfast on the balcony, don't leave unattended as the sea gulls will take their opportunity!!!!

This is a very charming hotel with modern comfort in the old city.But the most pleaserable experience I had was with the amiable hotel receptionist Ali K. Always ready to inform and help his guests. A true professional who, even after my returning home, did everything in his ability (everything!) to recover my precious passport from the taxi in wich I dropped it, in order to send it to Belgium, which included contacts with the consulate. Thank you, Ali, you really are a top of the bill receptionist.
