Extremely dirty and definitely not a 4-star hotel. Terrible breakfast. The only good thing is the location. I would never stay here again

Honestly nothing

It is like 1 star motel. Horrible dirty area. Breakfast was not good. Rooms are very small and not clean.

The location was good and central, nearby really good restaurants and istiklal Street.

It is dirty and needs a renovation on each and every corner. It seems like the management does not border about the crap situation. That's sad because actually it could be a really nice place if they would care...

I stayed one night only it’s very dirty even they didn’t change bedsheets

The staffs are great. I booked two rooms for seven days, we could not get two rooms next to each other but the staff was very kind and change one of the room to a better room after two days. The location was good and so close to the downtown and Breakfast was good with the price.

The rooms are extremely small. The toilets are smelly and cramped, with barely enough space for one person. Street noise is clearly audible inside, especially on the third and fourth floors. There seems to be a serious issue with the door key system—we were able to enter our room a couple of times without using the key card.

The toilet was broken, the shower was clogged, water wouldn’t drain, the doors don’t lock, the room isn’t clean, I woke up with spots all over my body, it lacked many aminities not like they mentioned

Cleanness, not comfort, just the location is good, we can’t sleep even 1 night!!! Be careful

Could find a better hotel

People staying in 7th floor cannot sleep because of the music at the 8th floor. Disco music till after midnight.

The reception staff ella was very kind and nice in dealing with us .. hotel location was averagely good..

The facilities are very old , breakfast was very limited in food and same limitation every day, noisy neighborhood..

The location was good as well as the breakfast(almos ok).

The hotel generally was not clean. The bathrooms were not clean at all. It was moist and smelly, probably bcz of the spa in the hotel, and the rooms were really small and dark. Considering the money we paid, we were not happy at all and kind of shocked. Soma ranian travel agencies said it's the best, but it was obviously a lie.

The location was the only good thing about this hotel

I didn't like anything the breakfast was horrible a waste for ur money , the room was so dirty the housekeeper don't do her work right , at some moment I didn't feel secure because of the people who were residing in the hotel and finally that will be the last time I will come to this hotel the responsible should really look after it because it did change alot from before

The hotel was very disorganized and dirty. The room they gave me had a single bed, but it was actually an old, airless storage room. Even the walls had dampness, and there were multiple places where the paint was peeling. It was impossible to sleep at night due to the noise from the corridor. Even on the last night, at 3 AM, someone knocked on my door with their suitcase and left. The corridors were so narrow that carrying a suitcase was difficult.

The hotel staff's behavior was very rude and annoying. From the moment I checked in, I encountered rude attitudes. Even at breakfast in the morning, when we asked for breakfast for the last day because we needed to leave earlier than 7:30 AM to catch a flight, they responded in the worst manner, saying they wouldn't provide breakfast and that we should eat here, and we weren't allowed to use breakfast before 7:30 AM.

The breakfast was so bad and an organize totally lie. They claim this four-star even the is not one star all the picture was fake and I want to a stop payment on this hotel, because everything was fraud. I tried to cancel. They said it’s not refundable and there it was so rude the the front desk in the lobby

I didn’t like anything because everything was fraud lie they don’t deserve to be part of booking.com and also I get some picture from the room and the bathroom if you guys wish I can send you

Only the location of the hotel was good due to its proximity to Taksim Square, and other than that, it had no positives.

The hotel breakfast was not acceptable at all and when the food was finished, they were not recharged, the quality of the food was not good at all, the room furniture was very old and worn, and the staff were very cold. None of the hotel's items were acceptable and it was not like a 4-star hotel at all, and it was at the level of a 2-star hotel and had no positive things to stay at.

When i told the hotel, their only answer was that this is an advantage of the booking site and has nothing to do with the hotel. I also sent a message to booking, but no one took care of it in general.They lied very easilyI am dissatisfied with my travel from the hotel and also with my purchase from the booking site and I will definitely tell everyone not to work with you.I booked this hotel based on other people 's comments and made a purchase through the booking process, and I don't know others were satisfied.In the breakfast program, which was from 7:30 to 10 a.m., all the breakfast tables were usually empty from8:30 a.m. onwards and if we asked for a recharge, they said the breakfast time is over, if the hotel had to recharge the table till 10:00 a.m. terrible time

the bathroom, and the shower was small, cannot stand up easily in it. the picture that i booked according to has been removed by the hotel when i told them that i did not get what i booked.

Good location and easy access. Good and knowledgeable staff. Good service and daily cleaning.

It felt safe and welcoming. Friendly staff that spoke English and helped with anything. Very quiet and clean. Was able to get us transport back to airport even at 2am.

Wifi a little unstable at times but still worked fine the majority of the time.
