No longer called the Grand Hurriyet Hotel, Now called GRAND CROWNED, only change the hotels facade

Location, near to all modes of transportation, view from terrace.

Room was very small, toilet was very small

I booked room for 4 beds when I reach there they give me room with king bed and one small bed when I told them I booked 4 bed they lied and say that I one booked for 2 bed but I have proof i booked for 4 beds Which make me will not book from booking again breakfast is always same ce

It was close to marmaray.

The hotelrooms do not look like the pictures. It wasn't clean.

The only thing I loved was leaving the hotel

First of all they gave me a very small room , I had to walk over my lugagge to lay on my bed because I had no space... At the very first minutes the receptionist knocked my door and offered me alcohol and prostitutes. Which for sure I rejected. The room had cockroaches and the balcony had rats.. I told to the receptionist guy and he told me he will change my room.. I feel so bad that I accepted...I thought he understood I wasnt interested in girls and dirty rooms. He changed me to a room in the third floor at night... The room at my side seemed to have the prostitutes he was offering me... And I saw a bald guy naked in the hallway screaming at 3 am....When I tried to pick my lugagge and leave I just tried to wash my hands and the window came over my feet. I ended up in the hospital... The receptionist asked me to pay in cash...I told him NO because I already paid by card but he threatened me with a knife and finally punched me... He stole me 2000 usd and I left that house of the devil

The rooms are totally different the room is too mucb small even the bathroom the toilet seat is in front of the water faucet so your face is gonna 10 cm away of the faucet , there was no space for my stuffs , i had a guest they charged me for the geust 20 usd without bringing extra bed and also did not accept to give us a matress , the refregirater was weak the food rotten in it , the good thing is only the breakfast except the juice was artificial and cheap but the food was good and fresh , the location is great exactly the center in between the europian and asian 3 minutes walking to the tramvay sirkeci and also there is a metro station that takes you to the asian side and also the europian , there is a near supermarkets, resturaunts and cafes also the popular hafiz mustafa deserts. *5 stars location *0 stars for room area space *0 stars for the interior . * 3 stars for the service * 0 stars for the price * 0 stars they charge for accepting guests without giving any service like matress or extra bed just charges applied for being in the small room which is not even suitable for a pet . .* 0 starts tge hotel is over priced * 0 stars the elevator is in the first floor

The small rooms The customer service The price is overpriced for the quality The rooms are totally different the photos are fake They charged me extra for accepting a guest 20 usd Without any service to the guest . First time the guest took another room next to mine they called and asked for the room keys before the check out time at 11:00 pm . The refrigerater was weak and old my food rotten inside not cold enough . There was no telephone to call the reseption it was not working , but there was another one in the bathroom but it was broken so it was just ringing but there is no speaker to answer them . The elevator is in floor 1 some tall stars which was hard for me to take my stuffs with me to the elevator .

The location, the staff were friendly , clean the room every day

The room was small for 4 beds, very old room,the bathroom was a disaster full of mold , so tiny, the first night we couldn’t sleep from the smell of cigarettes in the room the next day they sprayed air refreshers .

Not happy with my stay at this hotel , they need to improve service , cleanliness, breakfast and to appreciate their guess

Only like the housekeeping lady ,she did try to give service , but the room need to be fix over paint and renovated is to old and for the price is not worded

I like the location nearby I found everything for food , the shopping area, too many stairs room, difficult for old age people.

everyday same breakfast, Tv not working , complain many time but no reponse from staff, very low light only one light was working in entire room.

The staff were rude, the furniture in the rooms are old. All the electrical equipment were not working. The air conditioning was too noisy. I had my airpod stolen from my jacket pocket in the room.

I tried hardly to find something good to say but i didn't find nothing that I liked....Let's say what i liked is thwt it was close to a lot of iconic places(Grand bazar,etc).

The room was very small,I saw it in pics but trust me is smaller than it looks The bathroom was like hell,very dirty, very small,the sliding door for shower stucked,the shower head leaking,the exhaust fan fully with dust/hair etc.I was very luck to check out without some hepatitis or some diseases!

It's an old hotel no elevator rooms is very small

However the staff was polite and helpful, and the hotel has great location, close to the main places, public transportation, restaurants etc

We have reserved specific room and upon the arrival, they gave us another, without any notice, saying there was a problem with the initial room. We reserved double with balcony, got triple without balcony.The room was not cleaned well, there was a bottle behind the bed, a sticked candy on the refrigerator's plug.

View is good in restaurant while eating breakfast

It was difficult to get to room. Walk 30 steps then get to elevator, then you come out to restaurant and go through it then go down 20 steps to get to roomRoom was so out dated. Broken stuff very obvious they dont care to fix. Really run down room.

not clean at all, ac didn’t work and the price is very high. we asked the staff to fix the ac every day multiple times and nothing was done with the matter. as the hotel is sooooo unclean we couldn’t even try the breakfast. no elevator with very dangerous stairs.

Size of the room and shower..

Location is great, located in walking distance from Top-Kapi, Hagia Sophia and other famous tourist destinations. Tram station is also very close from hotel which makes it quite comfortable to travel around.Surrounded by shops, restaurants and lively street.

Rooms are very small, hotel is not recommended for elderly people as one needs to take steep stairs (2 floors) to reach an elevator. Rooms, bed sheets are not clean and they didn't provide a hair dryer despite the request. Blanket was not provided and I needed to make a extra request. Turkish staffs lacked responsibility, service mind (seemed quite arrogant)Even price is relatively cheaper than other hotels, stills not worth for the money. It is better to pay little more and stay in another place. If you don't expect good service and just need just a bed, this could be a good option.

Great location, nice breakfast, nice view… They gave us a room even before 14 o’clock and the staff was friendly.

No one came to clean up for 5 days, no one brought toilet paper or soap, things like that. The room wasn’t as nice as it looked like here, but it was good.
