Great location and staff!

The street is a little noisy but that is expected due to the central location.

The location is excellent, very close to Taksim Square and public transport stations, making it easy to get around the city. The receptionist, Edda, was extremely supportive and responsive, always ready to help. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is united, comfortable and clean, spacious rooms and a good atmosphere, and many thanks to Eda from the reception, an excellent girl with a kind attitude and service. We will come back to you again.

Location is great, near to metro and air port buses. , staff are very friendly and supportive, room sizes are great

The bathroom require to be refurbished and the internal furniture also require to be renewed. The elevator very small.

The friendly staff like Muhammet, speaks very good English. Easy to store luggage before and after check-in.

The AC in my bedroom (room 606) not working well, despite my requests to fix or change room.

Room conditions are really bad and very old, didn’t like it. From the facilities provided only shower gel and shampoo.

Location and staff. In the center of Istanbul and close to lots of amentias and transportation.

Although the hotel has an elevator, there are to many steps and a staircase leading to some rooms, that may pose a challenge to those travelers with heavy suitcases.
