Elit Palace Hotel

We traveled for business with my friend, we were satisfied with the hotel, it was very clean and close to everywhere.We will stay again in 3 days. If you are someone who goes to Istanbul regularly, like us, this is a good hotel, close to the metro and tram.

Not clean at all, dirty pillows , dirty ground!Very noisy Air conditionings voice

I like the help of staff because it is very difficalt to Get help from Turkish peopel you never Get help from outside of the Hotel . I advice for Turist that want visit Istanbul to Ask Hotel staff before you leave the Hotel or went outside . Turkish peopel was very bad and not like turist .

To visit Istanbul , it is the first and last for us in Istanbul .

Breakfast good but not much option. Location is fine.near to centre of city

Facilities like entertainment for kids, like tv channel is sorted.

Bad hotel

Some of the staff are stiff.The hotel is too much noisy .The room and all the hotel are freezing ( there is no central warming system, only small, not working heating unit in the room).The breakfast room is too cold, no warning at all.They have only a few items for the breakfast.There's no baggage keeping roomThere's few hand sanitizers in the corridors.The check-in time is too much late , by 2.00.

The location was good because it was close to the main street.

The furniture was old, the breakfast was terrible, the staff was indifferent, the rooms looked bad although the exterior image was pretty welcoming.

Thiefs

Very low quality hotel. They are thiefs. They charge me 1000TR extra than the booking rate. This happen one month after my stay. They saied by mostake. But, they refuse to return the amount to my credit card. I claim this amount from booking.com

I sat in the hotel cafeteria and did all my work while sipping my coffee. It's a very quiet and comfortable place. I enjoyed it.

In the evenings, I drank my hookah in the cafe under the hotel, then retired to my room and had a good rest. Great location , I am very satisfied

Hotel has a very good location and staff , nothing was missing, everything was fine. There is a sweet cafe under the hotel. I would like to thank especially Mr. İSA from the staff.

There were little things missing, but the staff immediately completed the deficiencies, I stayed for a short time, it was enjoyable. I'm thinking of stopping by again and sending you many clients from poland :) Thank you

Excellent location (near Metro / Marmaray / tram) & internet connection, great view from the restaurant on the top floor. Kind and helpful staff of the hotel.

It was rather noisy at night (due to the night club nearby - the music was so load that it was heard even on the top floor where I have been).

NOTHING TBH

No water in the hotel. The beds are very old and uncomfortable. Even the TV is very old. The rooms were cold.

Nothing special except the friendly guys at the reception.

poor choice of breakfast food, bad smells in the rooms (in the end we concluded that they come from a nearby roastery).

The staff were really friendly and The Air conditioner work smoothly ,The location of the hotel is very good room tidy and The interior and exterior of the hotel has been renovated and looks good and beautiful The breakfast was good too and The furniture in the room look good annd The bathroom was clean ))

Unfortunately there is a heavy smell of smoke in the room and non-smokers like me will feel this soo When I entered the room it was not very clean and the bed smelled of smoke and there was cigarette dust on the floor and dust too But the next day I told the cleaner who cleans the rooms to focus on changing things in order to reduce the smell of smoke and she did, and that helped 60%
