Reasonably priced, the room was clean with everything you may need (maybe a bit small), the location is perfect, the staff is friendly. And the breakfast was really good.

It was an amazing stay. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the location was awesome. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was relaxing. I highly recommend the hotel! The breakfast was nice.

The breakfast had poor variety

Hotel is in a very good location, close to public transportation. Staff is very welcoming and helpful, always there 24/7. The breakfast was good and there was a very nice view, since it’s on the terrace. Cleaning service was good.

The towels were clean, but had old stains on them.

I had such a lovely stay at your hotel. Everything was clean, cozy, and well taken care of, but what stood out the most was the kindness of the staff. As soon as we entered the Hotel we received a warm welcome. Our luggage was taken to the room and the room was just perfect. The room was cleaned daily. The service provided by brother Ali was exceptional. We felt so comfortable to be at Santra hotel due to all the efforts of staff but brother Ali was always very helpful and always greeted us with his magical smile ? brother John was also so nice and helpful too?

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the tram station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were well-equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The highlight was definitely the rooftop breakfast with a stunning panoramic view—such a perfect way to start the day! Highly recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! The staff was exceptionally friendly and always made sure we were comfortable. The location is perfect, just steps from the tram station, which made getting around very easy. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The best part was the rooftop breakfast with a breathtaking panoramic view—such a wonderful way to start the day! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The hotel looks great! Very kind, friendly staff. Helped with all questions.The hotel is very conveniently located, there are many good shops, parks, attractions nearby. There is also a tram stop nearby, from where you can get where you need to go)

Room was good enough as Istanbul is about travelling and not being in the hotel which I only used for the night and was out all day so convenient for me.

The breakfast was pointless bread and jam skipped it every day and got my own from elsewhere

Hotel was nice and modern and in a perfet location for our plans in Istambul. Rooms were clean. Breakfast very nice.

At arrival there were a confusion about if there is a car pariking.
