Customer service. All staff were friendly, polite, and handled queries efficiently.

Rooms were not entirely soundproof, so louder noises from the street were audible.

Price of breakfast buffet was outrageous for what it was, and the service was terrible. After waiting 5 minutes for silverware ( after requesting it of the waiter )we had Togo get it ourselves.

For a start the hotel had changed to the Marriott this was not communicated prior to arriving, we had to walk to find the building then parking prices were ludicrous. We were really disappointed with communication, the staff were not helpful, not happy.

Everything was poorly dealt with communication and help was not available, room was not clean, drinking water was warm and everything was over priced. Provided with wrong information resulting with us missing out on seeing our family.

Internet free, but tried to charge. Maid service did not clean up until late in the PM & didn't make the bed

The pool on the 10th floor was stunning. The gentleman in top hat and coattails that greeted us was so kind and welcoming. Amazing vanilla french toast. Wonderful linens. Excellent decor.

Very clean, courteous staff, room was ready before check in time. Great experience.

Four phone calls later and I didn’t even receive the coffee before I had to leave.

Bathroom floor was a bit dirty

Location was great. Room size and friendly staff. Front office manager Kristina was great. Also waiter Heskeet was exceptional.

The room was spacious and clean. Location is excellent. Trivet restaurant was a highlight.

The experience at check-in was disappointing. The staff was not especially friendly. Drinks were offered to other guests at check-out but not to us. The man with glasses at check-in came across as particularly cold and unfriendly. Room cleaning was inconsistent. On 2 occasions, we returned to our room after 5.00 pm and found it hadn't been serviced. We had to request cleaning. We had lunch at the Forum bar but unfortunately the food quality was very poor and poorly presented.

Sound proofing is very poor, we could hear people in the next room talking through the night, we had very little sleep because of the noise.

clean modern facilities

paid for valet parking but not one day was the service punctual even though we gave ample notice. we were therefore late for 2 planned events. spoke to concierge and first time reason was they didn’t get message. second time also same reason. so spoke to the person bringing in the car and he took note. but alas the 3 rd time still had to wait for 10-15 mins while they go get the car. really poor service considering we paid for this.
