The bed was comfy, could do with a headboard, parking was good

The appliances were difficult to use, all touch screen and did not respond, took along time to get them to work, I.e. the hob and dishwasher was jammed with powder had been put in rinse aid instead, we had to dig it out to get it to work.

Big rooms. And awesome view

There were big bugs that flew in the door. (Obviously not the hotels fault though) but that was a bit yuck.

Very quiet location and close to all we required for the couple of days that we stayed.

Could not lock the sliding door!

Modern, spacious, clean. Staff very polite and helpful. Easy and plentiful car parking.

Beautifully clean and tidy. Had everything we needed. Staff very helpful. Easy walk into Birkenhead to go out to eat.

Close to town and parking was good.

Desert plates are too small for breakfast and cups could be larger.

I love the position and secure garage area.Staff are wonderful and it has a quite homely feel.My stay was really good . Thank you.

I personally would like a little wider bed to sleep in.

Great location, easy car parking, quiet, lovely staff and very clean.

Disappointed that there was no TV or aircon in the bedroom. Had to use the fan to pump the cold air from the lounge area into the bedroom at night. Also surprised at the 'scarcity' of misc e.g.: only being provided with 3 of each cutlery, no decent size bowl for a salad or serving chips, 3 coffee capsules each day. We would have quite enjoyed 2 coffees each, but alas we had to share the 3rd one between us. Just surprising when you are paying $200 a night.

It had all of the necessary accessories in the kitchen and bathroom; was very convenient to restaurants and grocery store.

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Very helpful and pleasant staff. I would be better if there is air conditioning as it gets too hot for me at times.

All rooms need air conditioning as I got very hot and uncomfortable.

The third floor is definitely better than the second, which had patchy wifi. The rooms need a bit of a refresh, but that’s minor

Location, nice quiet room, good parking, staff were nice receptionist and cleaner.

The clothes drier was tricky to work didn't dry as well and we wanted.

Excellent location. It had nice views, and pleasant short walks to beaches and many eateries and shops nearby.

Clean and comfortable. All the facilities we needed. We were very happy and look forward to coming back soon.

There were not enough car park spaces so we had to park in disabled park which I felt bad about and it was very tight turn to get out of the back car park
