Ramada Suites by Wyndham Auckland Manukau Pacfic Centre

We received an email the night before we were to check in that the property had closed and they could not find us any other accommodations. We were able to make other arrangements and in hindsight think we were much better off.

Location was great as I was at the Due Drop Events Centre for a competition. It was easy to walk straight over and I was able to Uber or walk everywhere else, ie supermarket, the mall, places to find food.

I wasn't told that the dishwasher and washing machine were out of order until I got to my room and there were big signs on both of the appliances. I would not have used the dishwasher anyway but the fact you are not told that something isn't functioning in your room is not helpful. I would however have used the washing machine as I was at the Due Drops for a sporting event and to be able to wash my clothes straight away would have been absolutely wonderful but I couldn't. I expect to be advised if appliances aren't working and if that would impact my stay. In this case I may have asked for a room with a functioning washing machine....

Wyndham has lost its value are letting quality slip

the property is run down the tea towel in the room was filthy and stained. we asked 5 times for a hair dryer with no success finally on our last night i had to ask the desk again at 10:00 pm only to finally have the person get for me.

Good value but don’t bother with breakfast

I was driving all afternoon, leading up to checking in the night of my stay, and didn't see the email or missed call saying I needed to check in before 8pm. On arrival I went to check in and was told I couldn't A major hotel chain that couldnt do anything to accommodate my already paid booking. I have reached out 4 times to the hotel for a refund with nothing to date. A complete lacklustre customer service attitude. Will never stay with this hotel chain again.

Lovely helpful staff & a beautiful breakfast

Incredibly uncomfortable bed. Horrible. A/C was not cold although it said 18 it was not cold,I feel like this is altered on purpose which is unfortunate as you pay good money for the room.

The bed was terrible just awful. I turned the a/c on to the coldest as it was absolutely stuffy & hot but definitely wasn’t cold felt more like 24 not 18. Also when you leave the room the a/c turns off automatically which was very annoying as you had to come back in & try cool the room down all over again!! Please change that.

just the low price

only hotel in auckland which does not have free cofee at breakfast and most of the people are looking for it

The room was clean and comfortable. The washing machine and dryer were a bonus.It was centrally located. The staff ware approachable and friendly. They promptly attended to requests.The price was reasonable. Parking was available.

If you have a late check in, it would great to get a few hours extra for a late check out if needed. A swimming pool and a walking track inside the premises would be a nice inclusion.

We stay here all the time as always clean and rooms quite spacious.

We had Breakfast 3 mornings. Sat and Mon were okay but Sun morning was a joke . There just was hardly any food available. The containers were run out. people waiting on basics and rolling their eyes. We even had to wait on bread to come out.

Close to venue.

Ventilation fans ran throught the night in the ceiling. We couldn't turn them off. Very noisy and vibration was noticable.

The room was nice and clean, most facilities were available for a studio room. The location feels safe and the whole environment feels pretty secure. The receptionist explained everything properly. No extra charges for parking.

The parking could be better, the parking being open is something I'm I'm not a fan of. The room didn't seem to have a microwave, the mini fridge in the room is pretty slow, the air conditioner either needs cleaning or needs to be changed.

We left too early to stay for the breakfast, but they did pack us a breakfast to take with us. Thank you. The room was very comfy and even had a small kitchen and washer and dryer. Very comfortable bed.

It is a handy location

room was quite dirty and had an unclean smell. Could definitely use a good "deep clean" - bathroom had previous guest hair everywhere and walls had many marks and stains on

Great location close to where we were working. Good breakfast and plenty of free parking.

Rooms slightly on the small side

Great location for attending an event at Due Drop Events Centre. Great views of the Waka Pacific Water Park and area at night.

Issues with internet as it was slow and intermittent.

Comfortable bed and good shower

Breakfast was average. Also no hand towel is provided in bathroom.

Breakfast was good, we stayed 4 nights and it was the same breakfast everyday, on Sunday they added brownies

Our room was not cleaned , we had to ask for clean towels and for the garbage to be removed. There were only 2 hangers, but when we asked for more we were promptly given more.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, the location was excellent, and the cleanliness throughout the property was impressive. Overall, everything met expectations.The only downside was that the gym was not functional and clearly needs some attention. If this is improved, it would make the experience perfect.
