Appreciated staff accommodating us with a room having nice view and accessible by elevator, especially since I requested at booking. Elevator to back parking. New-looking interiors, long desk and high quality linens. Nespresso coffee in room.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, with so many great restaurants right outside the hotel. Our room was clean, beautiful, and very comfortable. The area itself is lovely, and the price was very reasonable. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even better. We’ll definitely recommend this place to others and would happily come back again ourselves!

We specifically asked for a quiet room when making our reservation. The room we were given overlooked SH1 motorway and was relentlessly noisy. By 3am we had had no sleep and had to request a room change - not ideal at 3am in the morning. The original room obviously also hadn't been used in quite some time as there was a thick layer of dust on every surface. The rooms on the motorway side of the hotel are not fit for purpose - there is no soundproofing from the motorway and no way to escape the noise. We had to be quite firm about needing to change rooms - their solution was to offer us ear plugs - we had to insist on an alternative room. If you are booking into the Sebel insist that you have room on the opposite side of the motorway. We've stayed in hotels overlooking airport runways and never had this noise issue

Customer service was exceptional. Everyone greeted me with kindness and a smile. The room was spacious, clean and well presented. Loved the hallway carpet .The surprise window view at night of the Mormon church illuminated in full light was spectacular. Ora Bistro food was value for money. There was a good selection of food for breakfast. This hotel has great proximity to motorways, Manukau Westfield shopping and Manawa Bay shopping.

Clean, functional hotel - polite and efficient staff. Breakfast buffet was pretty good.

The customer service from the moment we walked in was amazing and it carried right through our stay. They were always so helpful and so easy to talk to. Feels like home everytime i go.

The king bed was super comfy. It was very clean. The bathroom was great and the view of the Mormon temple at night was wonderful.

The pillows on the bed were very soft almost flat when you laid down on them and the hotel robes fitted my wife but not made to fit males of the species unless very petit

Loved the proximity to the Temple which is the only reason why I chose the Sebel. I loved the view, I loved the privacy, loved the big screen TV in the bedroom, loved the size of the bed. Loved the staff at reception.

I had requested a temple view but I didn't book early enough so that's my fault not yours.There is nothing to dislike although the parking is a bit of a hit and miss getting a front park. Parking at the back of the hotel at night felt a little scary.

Spacious rooms. Had the best sleep ever with their comfortable beds. Very quiet and the buffet breakfast was worth the $37. We have now found our hotel every time we visit Auckland.

Customer service. Very accommodating. The breakfast, shower, beds!
