Pros +
- Good location
- The location, walkable to everything, its spacious , and we had everything we need. The staff were so friendly and welcoming.
- Perfectly location, we were in town for a concert and this was 1 street from our favorite food court (amazing food), and was only a block from the event buses. The staff were helpful and friendly. The accommodation was a little dated in areas but everything was really clean which is always my key focus when booking anywhere. Also liked the secure access, and the great water pressure.
Cons -
- There’s really nothing not to like. Just keep on improving
- Drop is off not easy. But if you are checky neighbouring hotel has got good driveway.
- Bathroom floor wasn't clean; toilet made strange noises; housekeeping showed up one day but not the next (despite having the "make up room" tag out).

Good location, washing machine, kitchen. The staff was very helpful.

Location is excellent; cafe was good for breakfast; fast elevators; great view; spacious apartment; comfortable bed; good AC; quiet other than road construction one evening; well-equipped, good price, convenient parking.
Bathroom floor wasn't clean; toilet made strange noises; housekeeping showed up one day but not the next (despite having the "make up room" tag out).
The 2bdrm and 1bdrm apartment was very spacious and great for our little whanau. We were totally wowed by the view. We were rapt that we got rooms side by side.
The private parking was great, however I thought once you go through the second gate that you could park anywhere, which I ended up doing and then received a note on my window screen the next morning that next time I park there my vehicle will be towed. Reception needs to specify exactly where Sebel Quay carparks are please. It was frustrating having to drive around for a bit trying to get close enough to the motel to book in, alot of streets were one way, so it seemed like a bit of a maze trying to park somewhere just to get to the reception.
Spacious apartment with lovely views, Location was perfect for down town/viaduct. Staff were also lovely. Great overall place to stay
Bathroom a bit worse for wear but still functional.TV channels were very minimal, not able to access normal TV channels 1,2 or 3 and no Sky movie channels. Recommend Smart TV's
Good room with a view
The fact that the reason we stayed here was for the pool but it was under maintenance which we weren't told about
The place and location, the rooms were great as well
At the time when we visited the pool was out and only 1 lift was working.
Great location, spacious two-bedroom apartments, the bath and and laundry facilities.
Decor is slightly dated, pool was not available during our stay and lifts were out of order.
Nice to have an apartment for 3 women - great location, appreciated laundry soap/facilities in the unit.
A bit dated, kitchen was spartan for supplies. A bit of a difficulty checking in despite email confirmation but quickly rectified.
nice large apartment and very good location to Auckland downtown and CBD
Location downtown was great. Central to everything. Parking was better than some of our hotels on this trip, though very expensive at $40 NZD per day. Probably typical rate IDK for downtown. Rooms were large though very dated, and had a huge patio with 2 uncomfortable chairs. The room cleaning staff was awesome (the front desk staff - 3 people we interacted with - were not so much and pretty unhelpful each and every time there was a hotel problem which was under their control).
The pool was closed for maintenance. The pool was the main reason for booking this place as we were with family who booked other rooms, and the kids wanted to swim! The front desk said so sorry, but refused to offer any compensation to us the grandparents (The kids got a late checkout---whoopie). They were pretty rude about it really. Our first room had a broken AC. It was 85 Celsius in the room and they sent maintenance to fix 2 hours after our complaint, but he was unable to fix. They actually asked us if we would stay in the room??? We finally moved to a new room hours later, no upgrade for the inconvenience of re-packing etc, but the AC worked (newer thermostat etc).
Room size _view-parking access.
Just old and sad.No plug for bath.tv to small.di
The sea view from our 2BR apartment was amazing! We are near the harbor area so food places are everywhere, bus and train stations are near. The room was really spacious and the price was reasonable.
The ref was not working during our stay :/
One bedroom apartment lay out very good, bedroom and bathroom away from lounge and kitchen. Nice to have a separate laundry. It was quiet enough at night, traffic noise died down by 11pm. Location was perfect for waterside restaurants and supermarkets. Reasonable view of harbour between buildings on the 20th floor. Cafe is a bonus on 1st floor, pity it's not open beyond 2pm.
Maybe cleaning could have been more through, switches, shower grout etc needed a bit of scrubbing. Updating would make it a very desirable place to stay.
The room was extremely comfortable, the view was great and we enjoyed watching the cruise ship depart, breakfast at the Up cafe was also delicious, staff were friendly happy and helpful. Overall a wonderful stay.
More time to spend there !
The customer service was outstanding, both workers we had interacted with made the check in/out process super smooth and were very welcoming. Upon entering the hotel immediately grabs your attention as its design is amazing.
Sadly the pool was closed for maintenance, and we were super excited to use the pool. I never got a notification about it , we found something else to do but it was quite a bit of a letdown.
The room was amazing. Love the facilities and the desk staff was awesome
No smaller biscuits in the kitchen to take tablets with. I couldn’t shut the dishwasher
Location was great. Easy parking once we knew where it was. Super friendly check in. Great views and big balcony
