So close to hospital, shops and supermarket - easy access to everything we needed

Secure Parking for larger vehicles was not available and visitor parking that was the default was used by construction next door so sometimes unavailable during the day

Parking was fine.So noisy and the bed was uncomfortable.

location was great, easy walk to restaurants. Parking was easy to get into and spacious. apartment was very clean and staff were helpful. Having 2 bathrooms was great.

Lounge furniture in the 2 bedroom apartment was not adequate for 4 adults Needed another easy chair, we had to use a kitchen table chair. Beds were not comfortable and noisy. Bathroom towels were very small. Fridge was in a very weird position, couldn't even get into it.

The location was good for shopping in Newmarket.

There was no air con and the room was stifling hot even with the fans supplied. The main bed was only a double so very small for two people. The carpet was stained and pretty gross. The instructions to check out were non existent so it took ages to figure out what to do when trying to leave early. I wouldn’t stay again.

The apartment was clean, the staff was very helpful with late check-in. It’s close by to shopping and Starbucks.

I have stayed here 4 times now with the family and it has good facilities - 2 bed apartment with carpark, as well as laundry within your unit, and a nice bathroom and small kitchen. A nice, reasonably affordable place to stay in a great location. The staff are friendly and nice to interact with.

In general the apartments as well as the building could do with a little bit of a spruce- up. We don't really stay here for the view, but one side of the building looks out to a giant work site underneath the viaduct motorway - looks like slow progress on whatever is being built. The road up to the building (Edgerley) is a bit dodgy looking (not helped by the work site). There can be a little bit of noise from other residents depending on where the apartment is, but generally not a big issue over the times I've stayed here.The units themselves could do with things like more items for the kitchen, as well as addressing general wear and tear - e.g. the couch had a small rip in it; the aircon/heat pump unit sounded on its last legs; and the elevators/shared areas need a bit of TLC. Also in this apartment the curtains weren't great - they let in so much light so awake at 6.30am. (In other apartments we've been in the curtains were better/darker so maybe we just struck it unlucky)

Carpet wasn’t as clean. Small hair pieces all over the bed. Had 2 very small packets of body wash and shampoo+conditioner and towels for a family of 4.

clean room, great shower. unit was nice and quiet. the balcony faced the nice inner courtyard garden and gave some nice outside space.

Staff friendly and accommodating. We had late check in, such an easy process. The location is fantastic close to Westfield Mall.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful!!! And location was fantastic - we were able to easily access shops and nearby amenities. The place was clean and tidy. Our room came with a complimentary carpark though we didn't require it on this visit.

The beds were a bit firm. Had troubles with the wifi - internet wasn't loading very well.At the time of our stay there was a lot of noise from the section next door which was being dug up and cleared of rocks etc. The only day they didn't work was Sunday - though do acknowledge this was outside of Edgerly suites control.

Convenient location, free parking and a very good sized apartment

The view is a bit rank but for the price and the size of the apartment it is hard to fault

Spacious apartment with comfy beds. Love the location being close to 277 shopping mall in Newmarket.

2nd bedroom doesnt have an opening window and lacks privacy to the entrances of the other apartments on that floor. A simple net curtain would resolve that.

Location is nearby a mall, thus easily accessible for food.Reception, Carol was superb as she helped arranged for us to extend our stay as we had a night flight to catch. extending the stay from 11am till 5pm for a fee, really helped us as we managed to get the kids cleaned up before our long flight.She went above and beyond to get us the extra hours and we really appreciate the effort.Carol also kept following up to ensure we would be able to check in, either on time or if late, she gave instructions on how to check in.self check in was a breeze.Parking was also convenient as it was in the same building.Place was comfy and convenient.

there was some stains on the carpet. wished that could have been cleaned up. Other than that no complains.

Our second visit, very handy to where we needed to be . Obliging staff, the apartment was very clean and the undercover parking was excellent.

Recommend the dining chairs be upgraded - they provided us with better ones when requested. Beds firm but supplied mattress topper when we requested them.

Location is perfect for Alevia hospital. Proximity to Newmarket and Mt Eden.and motorway is excellent covered secure parking is a huge bonus.Great kitchen and laundry facilities.

Mattresses are a bit firm.Carpet had a few stains still present. One piece if furniture occluded the main bedroom doorway.
