Location for my need.

The first room was on the second floor, the smell of mildew was overwhelmingly bad, asked for anther room was given one on 4th floor. No smell ,sunny. There was no extractor fan in bathroom. Breakfast selection cheap/ inadequate including bread,

Good location, friendly welcome despite my late arrival, comfy bed with crisp linen, well equipped room (wasn’t expecting fridge and microwave), powerful and spacious shower. Great value one-night stay overall. Will certainly stay again.

The name on the building (Noa hotel) was different to the name used on booking.com (No.9 hotel) leading to momentary panic that I had been scammed. There were noisy people outside until about midnight - possibly because there is also a hostel part of the hotel. Listing says check in is open until midnight but it is only open until 8pm so if you arrive late you need to call someone for assistance.

Good value for money, room is clean, has a comfortabel bed and a fridge, microwave and tea and coffee facilities. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great location with access to shops and buses. There a small café on site with nice food which is open for breakfast and lunch.

The location was fantastic, a bus stop a 5 min walk away for the inner city route and a 5 min walk to Westfield Newmarket / Newmarket shops. The room was well laid out with a good and comfortable bed, big window, ample power-points, space for luggage, hooks to hang things and a good sized fridge + microwave, coffee and tea making things. The bathroom was also well designed with a decent sized shower and vanity.

In the bathroom, there was a constant unpleasant odour seemingly coming from the drain on the floor and this smell was also present in the corridors outside (we were on floor 3 for reference). Also we found that the shower leaked all over the floor if the head was not pointed as the wall and kept on a lower pressure due to the way the shower was designed. When we arrived and connected to the wifi, only WhatsApp and messenger loaded, nothing else but the next day everything else worked. The TV was also not smart which was fine, it was just confusing as we had seen other reviews talk about a smart TV. Lastly, whilst there was parking available on site for $15/ night, it was frustrating to not be able to book it until the day of as it felt like a gamble to us on whether we would get it a park.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Facilities and location were spot on.

Loud cars driving past with heavy sub-woofers blasting at 2am. But you cant help that.

The bed was comfortable

You may as well have been sleeping in the middle of the road. No soundproofing and single glazed windows made drifting off impossible until around midnight. There curtains weren’t black out and the light outside might as well have been a spotlight. My friend left her birks in the room and we went back to get them 2 hours after check out and they had thrown them in the trash. Luckily they were able to get them back.

Great location for concert going, using public transport. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Parking available for $15 per 24hrs which is great value.

Bathroom needed a bit of maintenance. Replacement shower head would be good, a shelf in the shower for products, and a hook on the door for clothing would be really excellent.

The location and inside rooms were tidy.

You book a room and get to motel to be told that car parks dpne come with rooms..... seperate bookings.... this needs to be put somewere.... the room i stayed in didnt have the shower door shutable... pushed shut but didnt latch shut and the shower head was broken. Leaked and didnt stay up. We were only there one night so used the family. Ext doors shower. But if i didnt have the option of that i would have deffinately made a scene.

Great location and excellent value. Easy to find and quick walk to Newmarket with it's excellent mall and restaurants. Room had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The wall under windows needs a refresh of white paint or cleaner needs to use jif on it

Great value for money. We had stayed here before and would stay here again. We were visiting family but it is close to shops etc as well for people who may want to do other things

Having to pay for parking

We liked the 3 rooms we booked being on the same floor. We liked the comfy bed and the layout of the room and having a mini fridge and microwave was awesome.

There was a lot of dust above the bed on the shelves and under the bed, we didn’t want to push our bags under the bed as there was dust everywhere. One of the rooms we booked, the aircon was not working as the filters needed changing and it was so so hot in there.

The heavy door in the bedroom do not have a door stopper. It’s difficult to hold the door as the same door you pull your trolley or anything.

They do not provide knifes, fork and spoons. I couldn’t cut the bread. No knife. There is a little dirty under the flat sheet at the end of the bed. I posted a sign no one make a bed for us. There is a little dangerous roof of a shower there is a glass on topping I can imagine that if one of us bang or close the shower door the top glass will fall and hits your head. It’s very dangerous position. The fan is dirty, you should clean the inside of this fan. The debris was in the fan it’s bad when turn the fan on the dust will come off on us bad for cough, or anything like that. I would not be cleaning the fan. It’s your responsibility to do it.

There were limited utensils, etc, but on request, most everything was provided.It was a clean unit, and the price met with our expectations of the unit. Staff were warm and helpful. All up, it was a very enjoyable experience..Thank you

Excellent location. Just a block away from the Westfield Mall. Everything was clean.

The 'kitchen' facilities or rather the lack thereof was a little disappointing. We stayed 4 nights but had coffee for one night. There was not one plate or knife. Just 2 spoons and 2 cups. One very small table. Granted, there wasn't a lot of space in the room to put these. Still a little disappointing. The noise from the very busy Manakau road was not lessened a lot by closing the windows. And then the air-conditioning put itself off every 30 minutes or so.

Location bed was comfy

No cutlery in the room. No plates,or butter knife. But they said they just changed few things.

It was very close to our location we were 9mins away from our destination.

The parking abit cramp together, cars are ok but having a truck it’s abit bigger need more space

I like the rooms nice and clean the staffs are friendly and its handy to where I had my family get together...
