The location was convenient to Woolworths across the road, it was private & you had your own parking outside your Unit, the key to your unit is keypad operated, the shower had good water pressure.

There is no lamp, no ironing board, creepy crawlies.

Great location for what I needed, Clean and Tidy, air con which was fantastic, Free wifi and parking on site

Location was great.

Staff could not speak English so when we asked for cleaning supplies to clean up my sons vomit I was just brought an empty bucket! I had to then use kitchen sponge and washing up liquid which made it tricky!

Room was spacious and clean; Basic amenities were taken care of; Location was great with Countdown just being across the street.

Heat-pump was very noisy; Windows were not double-glazed and didn't seal properly; Bathroom was very cold with no heater, No SmartTV in room.

It stunk like cigarettes, the bathroom was gross and the shower smelt, hair on the pillows, the toilet didn't flush properly

Very cost effective and great location. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Easy communication with owners.

Little self contained unit, good parking and clean.

The two single beds were squeezed into the lounge. We had to move one to access the kitchen. Kitchen very basic, had to go thru bedroom to get to bathroom.

Location was ideal for what we needed. Washing machine was out of order

Lack of utensils in kitchen. Duvet cover had blood on. Obviously sheets got changed but not the covers.

No utensils in kitchen.. We had no egg flip, no large spoons. No bowls. No serving utensils. We had 1 large pot and 1 frying pan

I didn't like that there was a washer and dryer which took coins but you could not get coins to run them from reception. I ended up having to go to Woolworths to buy something so I could get some change to use them so ended spending more than I wanted. Also was nearly impossible to communicate with the staff because of the language barrier which was frustrating when I needed something.

I chose this motel because it was cheap (by Auckland standards).It was "OK", but not for me as a motorcyclist.There is a supermarket nearby but eateries are a long way away.

For the pricing it was very good. The bed was very soft but comfortable. Changing towels everyday and are quick to replace towels/soap/free items when you ask for it.

The cleaning was OK although no mopping of floors which I would have appreciated.

We were shown our room and weren't told that the 2 single beds 1 was actually a pull out bed. There are no instructions on how to use the fan extractor. Rooms can get quiet cold until you use the AC. We were there for 4 nights, and not once did they hoover out or change any linen on the beds. They did take used towels but did not replace toilet paper until we asked for more, 1 tea towel (until we asked for more), no dish cloths, and no condiments like salt or pepperAlso, if you like Sky TV, they don't have it. We weren't fussed.What we did like was that we had a lot of towels. The location was good. Right across the road from Woolworths and a Mobile petrol station.

Not a lot really, the units are very old and in the middle of a high density traffic and Industrial area.Plus I think it is an accommodation set up for transients

Good location, easy to get to Takapuna and in walking distance

Property had a really bad smell, almost sewerage like at times which means we had to keep the windows closed for our stay.

Needs deep clean behind beds, sofas, bedside tables, otherwise clean

Close to supermarket, close to town, stand apart room so you feel like you have your own space. Beds are comfortable.If you are using the spare bad ask for extra linen.

The creepy man who apparently lived there staring at us. It made us feel unsafe the dirty glasses with lipstick on them
