- Room was ok but not what we had because of „Best Western“ as standard expected. Parking spaces on site
- Laundry, clean, good kitchen
Cons -
- Bit of construction going on outside which made it a bit messy and it was super hard to find a carpark
- Breakfast did not vary. Only the same warm dishes every day ( stayed 4 days). No ham, no cheese, no plain joghurt; staff at breakfast helpless in some situations.
- Very noisy. Walls paper think and could hear everything. Traffic very noisy from busy arterial route.

Beds were great Good size room Very quiet
It was close to Greenlane hospital, the bed was amazing , staff were great
Hearing kids running around upstairs at 3 in the morning , loud fridge motor through night made it hard to sleep , behind sliding doors in shower needed a clean
Close to the airport and one other location we needed to visit before leaving Auckland. Room very clean and in excellent condition. Parking on site.
We had requested early check-in when we thought we would be arriving at 0800 but our flight was delayed and we only arrived at 1130. Despite the fact that we only arrived 3.5 hours before check-in, the motel still took $50 for early check-in.
Very friendly staff at the reception, who made our special wishes possible.Bus Station right in front, wich makes it easy to reach other regions in Aukland.
Proximity to the city and other places we visited.Nice and spacious. Good parking.
Queen bed was a bit too soft for our liking.
I like the friendliness and helpfulness of the receptionist - really saved me when I had to check in extra early! Accommodation was clean and comfortable too - and right in the middle of where we needed to be.
Everything was satisfactory
The room was such a great size! The bed was super comfortable. Great shower water pressure.
Maybe some body wash in shower or soap bars.
The room was absolutely immaculate. Bed was incredibly comfortable and overall cleanliness exceeded all expectations. The staff (I encountered) were very friendly and welcoming. Appreciated the onsite parking. The property itself was well maintained and had clearly loved gardens.
Nothing to add.
Buffet breakfast for 20 NZD/per person was pretty good value. Food selection somewhat limited, but cheaper than getting breakfast at some cafe (which you won't find nearby anyways).
Rather noisy, poor sound isolation. At night can hear traffic from nearby highway and noisy neighbors partying all night and going back and forth for a smoke and whatnot.
It was clean & fresh, staff and service was lovely Rooms were as expected
Room right next to childcare centre started at early with non stop crying and screaming from toddlers. Not great for sleep! Room felt small even though it was a suite
Parking was free and it was right next to the Expressway/Highway so easy access to all over Auckland. Some rooms were in the newer part of the building so request for those and not the old ones.
Front desk Staff seemed a little unfriendly. Also parking does fill up at times but there are lots in the back. It is also a distance from Auckland city centre. However there is a nice big mall just nearby.
It was a perfect location for what I needed. The bed was comfortable
The staff weren't easy to communicate with. The hotel had changed my room after requesting a accessible room and they confirmed that I was locked in to stay the 6 nights in an accessible room, only to turn up and not be given an accessible room and had to request to be moved in to the original requested room. The staff member then didn't think she could move me back into an accessible room and it wasn't until I said that I wasn't going to be able to shower and that I had messages from the manager confirming that she had allocated me to the accessible room. I also couldn't park my vehicle in the accessible parking spot on the premises as the other non disabled people were parking in it and when I approached the staff they put it in the to hard basket as they weren't sure who the owner was, but upon arrival they request you to leave the registration number of the vehicle you drive on a form provided to each person and signed by the person staying at the hotel.I also had a night where the hotel had a blackout, I had to try and get to sleep with a light on and no air-conditioning. Then once the power came on after 11pm the staff member came and knocked on the door to state the obvious.
Was good situation for what we needed. We had a small room but was too small, they very kindly gave us a bigger one at no extra charge
Local to the event. Clean
Poor lighting in bathroom. Parking very tight
Great location Reasonable price for location
We had an ant infestation in our room. We went to reception to ask for some fly spray which the staff did provide and came to vaccum our room but they also blamed us for cooking (in the kitchenette, at dinner time) and having kids (eating off plates) for the ants which felt pretty stink. Dishes in the drawers were also dirty.
Helpful staff, good location, nice view of playing fields across the road (green space).
Dining table in our room was folded closed with a glass pane on top. We unfolded the table to make it larger and discovered it had not been cleaned before being closed, it was pretty disgusting.
Beds and pillows were very comfortable. We've been travelling for over 10 days and the comfort was really welcoming. We had a room upgrade as well, which we were thrilled with.
