- The room had no cuttley. The table was wobbly. The light in the kitchen has no cover. The fridge had no racks in the door. The TV didn’t work. The wifi was slow. The communal kitchen was abysmal. The microwave door has a hole in the glass. The elements on the stove are rusted.
- The TV didn’t work, the bathroom light didn’t work… even before that it was pretty basic.
- Dirty, loud music from restaurant above from same owner, very degraded facilities and just below acceptable standard, even for that price. But hey, there was a bed and the linnen looked clean enough

Bad
Dirty, loud music from restaurant above from same owner, very degraded facilities and just below acceptable standard, even for that price. But hey, there was a bed and the linnen looked clean enough
No breakfast
No light in bathroom ,shower didn’t work, adjustment stuck on warm. Manager unininterested. No local Tv, appeared to have pirated version of Netflix.
Location was great. Close to city centre.Cafe and restaurants on your doorstep.Paid parking 60m down road.
Advert says "Off Street parking" very limited and not suited to bigger vehicles and parking has to be prearranged. Advert says "TV with Satellite channels" not correct, there are TV's but you need Netflix or similar to watch as not connected to satellite.
Good location with nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Confortable bed.
Sink could be bigger.
Good central location
There went any utensils, no spoon to stir your coffee with. Bathroom showe was absolutely disgusting sorry to say, I had knocked the cover on the shower outlet and there was a huge amount of black mould and hair as it it hadn’t been cleaned for months.. totally unacceptable and unhealthy. The clean white face cloths were sitting in a extreme rust holder in the wall. Room wax extremely suffocating hot even with the provided fan. WAs definitely way over priced for the condition it was in. Was extremely disappointed as it was a big decision and outlay…
Location price parking
Lack of security the front door was secured you needed a pass code to get through. But the backfire escape doors were unlocked and and open plus $20 a day for parking.
Very good location
No significant problems. This is clearly not a luxury hotel but it is in a great location with parking at a low cost
Room was fairly clean and smells bad. Floor was not vacuumed properly; won’t recommend to stay although price was decent.
Location
Great location, clean room, comfortable bed but could do with better quality pillows. There was a fan to cool the room.
The room was noisy at night from the music coming from the restaurant but after a quick call to the hotel contact person problem was solved .
Location is great and it was reasonably quiet but that is about all it has going for it
Small ,no aircon only a fan for cooling. There was no utensils to even make a coffee or tea. rooms had not been cleaned very well. Hallway smelt musty.
Good value for money
The place was locked up when I arrived and there was no code given to open the door or get the key. Ended up having to ring them to ask how I got into the motel and they sent someone to open the door and let me in.
I loved the location. It's within walking distance from all shops, bars and close to Spark.
Could have been cleaner. Very small car parks.
Good location for price
No private parking and no remote in room for tv
Location
No staff When was someone was on pijamas serving in the afternoon serving clients
the location was good and the rooms were fine for what we needed
The rooms were very hot even with the fan on. not alot of room to move about in
The location is great - close to CBD and New Market within 30 minute walking distance for both. Also on the main street of Parnell with all the restaurants and cafes.
Water barely came out of the shower so it took ages for a shower. Not very clean either and the mattress was way too soft. The parking was difficult when there were other cars parked, especially big cars, but manageable if your car isn’t too big - make sure to reserve in advance though for ten dollars a night.
Great location right by cafes and restaurants. We booked this place while attending the ASB classic and it was definitely practical with a 15-20 min walk to the venue. The room had a TV, fan etc... and the water pressure of the shower was good.
The room itself was not flashy. Outdated and not well presented. A few lights were not working properly either.
The location is great. Right in the heart of the city, and easy to get to and from anywhere in the CBD
Everything else. When we arrived I rang the phone number and got a guy who carried on talking to a women in the background. They just kept on talking it was so rude. Then a lady came to reception and was pretty accomodating. Then after she’d given me the keys she told me there was $10 to pay for parking. And then after parking she told me there was an extra $50 for the night for our dog. Then when we got to the rooms we found them stinking hot, with windows that didn’t open properly and latches falling off.We went out and came back and were both woken up about 2:30pm in the morning by an extremely noisy water system which went on for about half an hour, and then people walking up and down the corridor knocking on doors. And the walls and floor was so thin you could hear everything, including some sort of buzzing machine at about 3 or 3:30 which again went on for about half an hour. In short, despite getting to bed at around 11pm and being very tired from a long drive neither of us slept past 2:30am and neither of us could get back to sleep. To compound things I just before going to bed I rubbed my leg against the side of the bed and it caught on something very sharp and my calf/ shin got a big gouge out of it that O couldn’t stop bleeding until I applied pressure for quite a while.
