Friendly staff. Room clean & tidy on arrival. Cozy couch and a modern bathroom.The space was tight, but cozy.

The double bed needs upgrading...I could hear and feel the springs. I asked for a dust pan and brush to keep our floor crumb free but they didn't have anything for us to use. It was also the first time seeing beds not made properly. I couldn't fully open our wardrobe because the bed was in the way....but I just managed to get the iron and ironing board out.

Was near township of Takapuna, beach with restaurants

Room was up 2 flights of stairs, hard to carry up luggage.

Clean and good location to Woolworth and Servo

Wifi was bad in unit 3, can I ask the owner to install a wifi access point near unit 3 to extend the wifi signal better thorough the unit

Great location Both central and quiet

The back yard was not very inviting.

No fuss check in and convenient location. Rooms are always clean and tidy, with a lovely comfy big bed!

Cost has increased from last year & didn't get a reply to my late check-out request........but no biggie.

They have done an excellent job with renovations of the rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Parking was a little bit tight and assigned parking wasn't respected.

Recently renovated, clean. Had a nespresso pod machine. Nice bathroom products.

Don’t go by the outside of the building. The rooms were like new, roomy and comfortable.

Clean, comfortable and easy. Great for budget motel. It ranks highly on all levels and you are doing well to get a reservation here. Staff are generally helpful. Bathroom was very clean.

Excellent location, clean and tidy.

No milk in fridge but coffee and machine supplied.

Upon arrival the motel informed us they had upgraded us to a new portion of the motel. The room was next best to new so very nice.

The unit was very roomy and well appointed. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Clean ,tidy and quiet with good sized rooms , I found the staff to be helpful , friendly and courteous. Easy to get too off the motorway with Takapuna a short walk drive away and Woolworths just across the way . So good I have stayed twice in the last few months when passing through Auckland .
