We offer on-site secure parking with convenient access at a competitive price—15 NZD only for overnight parking—ensuring that parking in the city is a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. Please inform Grand Central Serviced Apartments of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of NZD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A valid photo ID and a credit or Visa debit card are required upon check-in. The name on the ID and the card must match the guest's name on the booking information. We will make a copy of the ID and place a $100 pre-authorization hold on the card for security purposes. Guests who do not have the required bank card must provide a cash damage deposit of NZD 200, which will be refunded after a property inspection when checking out. A 3% surcharge applies to credit card payments. There is no surcharge for payments made via cash, EFTPOS, or debit cards (issued in New Zealand). Onsite parking is available for $15 per car per night. If you need instructions about parking, please message the property before arrival.
