We stayed only for sleep so it meet my expect. 2 of us and bed size was single and queen which was great!

Awful experience

Mould covered ceilings, cupboard where plates and cups were kept smelt awful and made the drinking glasses smell extremely bad too and there was no dish soap to even clean anything. Aircon leaked out water when we used it and caused flooding right next to the bed which caused a slip, we had to use the pots and pans to catch the water..Beds uncomfortable and old.Was not a pleasant experience especially paying $150 for 1 night Forgot to get photos apart from the water leaking

Bed and cleanliness was okay. Good location

The reception was really poor. The person then did not show interest in responding to our problem of not having hot water.

We asked for a refund...

Curtains werent hung so there was no privacy from people walking past and looking directly into the room, there was blood stains on the carpet, and a table in the middle of the lounge with no chairs to sit at it.

Location

Facilities. Went to unit. Had no tv. Second unit looked ok. But only 1 mug , a pot lid, no dishwash. No hairdryer. Had to get clean towels. Everything it advertised it had, It didn’t. Had to make do as we had better things to attend to

Good value for money

Facilities are rather dated though shower and toilet were quite new.

Good location, cheap but not tacky. They also had a separate bedroom which was good, less snoring while I slept in livingroom, so good for two friends.

Staffing shortage made connecting with them on the low side, but at least for us they were there when we arrived.

The location

The place and facilities need a serious overhaul and upgrade. The shower was broken. There was no handwash and shower gel. The staff provided a soap upon request, but we had to source our own shower gel. The facilities in the kitchen were outdated. The plates were actually saucers. Everything was for two persons even though the booking was for three persons. There was no dishwashing liquid, no spatula, ancient and mismatched cutlery, no lock in the toilet door, no hooks for hanging towels or clothes in the bathroom...and the list goes on and on. Two single beds in the living room had wheels under, so they would keep sliding while you were sleeping or sitting on them.

Location was good but motel was run down.Staff were good but reception was closed.There were no towels in the room and no coffee,tea,sugar or milk.Ants in kitchen as well.

Lack of help, safety, accountability

The motel was in a great location for where we wanted to go. The room was tidy and having a separate room was handy since we have kids. The heat pump/air conditioning was good.

This was our second time staying here. Our first stay was a few months ago and at the time we discovered there were a lot of things missing - not enough dishes or utensils but also nothing provided so we could wash the few things we did have, not enough towels, we couldn't watch the TV, iron provided but no ironing board etc. We emailed the property to politely inform them but never got a response, and unfortunately nothing was changed by the time we stayed the second time. Rooms all seem different - our first one had a bench top stove but the second one only had a microwave despite there being pots and pans for cooking. One of the kids beds also had a broken leg and would tip if you put pressure on that corner.

Central to where my family lives.

Unkempt filthy grounds. Eg outside table was dirty with cigarette butt's everywhere. No reception had to ring owner for service. No daily services offered. No dishwash or cloth. No breakfast bowls. Ants in kitchen. Had to hoover our unit ourselves!. Extremely loud motorbikes coming in at 1am waking up everyone. No noise restrictions.Honestly the worst motel I have ever stayed in. I wouldn't recommend going here to stay

Ok size room, nice smelling soap

The beds were horrible and uncomfortable and the kitchen was constantly crawling with ants!!! I complained and the person I spoke to on the phone was very rude and refused to fund my final nights stay! I was not happy at all! Wish I had never booked here!

Upstairs room. No staff at reception, ever! Did not clean room for 2nd day. no milk for tea.

Absolutely nothing

It seemed as it had been previously used as a homeless shelter and hadn’t been cleaned properly since. Advertised 24/7 service but we didn’t get assistance for over an hour. Staff were rude.

Close to everything

Water pressure not that hard. 1 bed leg was missing but moved middle leg to corner. Tv remote buttons didnt all work
