good value, clean, comfortable, good location

Very handy location, Good meals downstairs in the bar.. Enjoy our stay.

Only had one chair in the room for two people.Tables outside the bar were sticky and needed a clean. A lack of chairs in this area also.

Nice comfortable room and so handy to everything you need.

should of been two chairs in a room for two people, although if I had of asked I would of got another chair as all the staff were very helpful.

Like the shops nearby - Liqor, convenience, eateries within walking distance. Love the unique lift in the hotel. Palm trees gives me the summer feeling. Enjoyed my stay. Liked that you put in dining recommendations in your neighbourhood, in the room. Enjoyed breakfast at Chez Bean (we had an early breakfast at 7.30am on a Sunday). Thanks!

All is good

There is nothing to fault when staying here. I basically refuse to stay anywhere else when I am in the area. If I could give Catherine a pay rise myself I absolutely would. All the staff are great but I am lucky enough to be there when Catherine is usually working and she's nothing short of amazing. She is put simply absolutely wonderful.

location was not so good due to 5 trains passing that night

meals where not up to spec they really need a new chef

Intermittent noise from electrical motor (maybe heat pump) right outside window multiple times in night. Disturbing for sleep.

Clean and secure close to where I needed to be exactly what I wanted

I was happy with our room perfect for my little family beds were very comfy awesome shower pressure. Staff were amazing even over long weekend. Location was amazing for us as I didn't want to be in the city

Larger fridge for a family would of been better but we made do ☺️ also more pots etc to cook with.

The bar was beautiful...Shame about the kids taking up outdoor area. The food was exceptional ?

We were in room 5 and a humming noise outside our window that went on all night of and on found that very hard to sleep other than that could not fault but need to try and do something about that

Love how spacious it was, friendly staff and also nice and quiet.

A massive exhaust fan from the kitchen was right outside our room,#7, which was extremely noisy until it switched off about 10pm. We were about to ask for a room change or we would have left, there was no way you could sleep with that noise.

Clean room

Room was ok got what I paid for I guess. Noisy fan outside our window made sleeping difficult.

I’ve stayed at the Tuakau Hotel many times and love the rooms and services. It’s private, clean and close to everything I need for my stay.

I didn’t like how short my stay was. I wish I could have stayed longer.
