It was super convenient..easy to access

The floor and carpet felt and looked unclean..stains and rips. The shower drain was broken And still had someone else’s soap suds in the bottom There was a funny smell to the room and although they had put a room smelly to try to Cover it up. (Smelt like cookies according to my husband) but no cooking facility in room..There were spiders everywhere We had booked for 3 of us but only enough plates ,towels etc for 2 You couldn’t go outside our room as the grounds were completely over grown and a total mess.. it’s says no pets but the lady living next door had 3 dogs

The ratings and reviews for this place are so over the top. I've given this the highest rating for everything to bring its score up because it doesn't deserve the reviews. Yes it is old, Yes some cupboards are broken, Yes there's the odd stain. But it was CLEAN and COMFORTABLE and a huge room! AND it's so ridiculously cheap!! What do you expect to get for that price in Auckland?? And it's so close to the centre! The location is amazing! We couldn't believe how expensive other accommodation in Auckland was and so we went for here, expecting horror based on reviews, but only needed it for one night. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. If you are like us, just need a good location for buses, trains to explore,, FREE PARKING (because honestly nowhere lets you just park for free in Auckland!) comfy bed, with clean sheets and enough space to pull your suit case/backpack out and hang a few items of washing, and your on a wicked budget? Then this is apsalutly perfect!

The room was clean and the decor was okay. I liked very much that parking was available.

Their was not sugar or milk in the room - and this was disappointing.

Location was good for us, main desk were helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately it didn’t look like the photos and had a strong smell in the room.

Rooms are pretty yuck. Bathroom faces the carpark so you can see pretty clearly (the glass is cloudy so its not a total peep show). We hung a blanket over the shower for privacy. There were items we found in the bathroom on check in that made us gag and the Cutlery was dirty. You have to pay for wifi.

Not comfortable at all outside was messy there was a hole around the outside of the shower no milk only in sachets and felt unsafe

The outside backyard area needs a complete makeover. The Microwave was pretty crusty. The toilet was not flushing properly.

Nothing wasted our money it was too budget and unclean the room smelt stink like a dog no working fridge

- food from previous people still in microwave - no duvet only thin blanket- didn’t get breakfast for 2 days we stayed there- shower & toilet right in the front where everyone is walking- shower tiles need a upgrade- vanity and cupboards need a upgrade - outdoor/sliding door area needs a clean and upgrade

Convenient location

Very dated , no heating, uncomfortable bed

The motel staff are nice

Vanity has no handles and some twisted8. TV has no reception9. Toilet door button part is very much rotten10. The vanity and toilet is directly opposite and way too close.

Kitchen area light not working in room 10. A little run down facilities but basic working condition. Bed comfy. Noise upstairs not so much lol not sure why there's broken furniture & appliances in plain sight

Location and the stuff were nice

Property not clean, holes in the floor, floor was dirty and made you not want to be bear foot, wires loose all over the room, theres a Smell of trash in and out of the room and the bathroom was not clean as well. Left after 30 minutes and booked a different accommodation
