I got a free upgrade which was an Amazing Surprise.The receptionist was kind n attentive.The workers were helpful n kind.The room was so spacious n well kept.Me n my family enjoyed it immensely.Thanks so much.

Decent room, clean. Close to motorway & all eateries. Good amount of parking, friendly staff.

Wifi is bad. Ended up just using data. It’s an old school signup so also couldn’t sign in on PS5 to watch shows. Also isn’t a smart tv so couldn’t cast.Bed was very squeaky, made it hard to sleep. Definitely needs replacing.

Friendly staff at the front desk, super comfortable beds, good security for parking your vehicle and just overall a lovely place!

Location was convenient

Bit cramped, dining table didn't have at least 5 chairs. Dishwasher was broken.

Enjoyed the location, which was quite and close to public transportations (bus, train). 7-8 min walks to the restaurants for brekki and coffee. Room was spacious and enjoyed my stay.

Would prefer to have multi choices for in-house breakfast menu, as I personally felt it has limited choice.

The cleanliness, space and overall comfort were excellent. The staff were cordial, helpful and professional.

The layout was good and ample parking

A couple of our rooms were very hot but the aircons were dated and didn’t make much of a difference. One of the rooms had bad shower pressure

The bed was comfortable and the room size was good.

The room was tired and needed a serious clean in the bathroom which had a number of problems. The tap was leaking, the vanity was crazed and the toilet mismatched the rest of the suite. The shower head needed cleaning as the spray was inconsistent. The towels were hard and off colour. The light over the bed was broken and too low down as we kept hitting it when sitting up.

Bedroom was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable and well made, and all basic requirements were met. The staff member at check-in was friendly and explained everything that was necessary very clearly and politely.

It seems that maintenance of the room had not been kept up to scratch. Mostly minor issues, but all the more reason that they should be sorted.The tap in the bathroom sink is not sitting correctly in its slot, and hangs down a bit. In similar fashion, the toilet roll holder is loose angles downwards. There was a large crack in the floor of the shower (potentially a much larger problem hiding underneath). The jets in the spa bath were not clean, and left some gunk in the bath once turned on. The bath plug was not installed correctly. Finally, the A/C didn't feel very effective, even on the maximum cooling settings, and also started to drip water. We were lucky it wasn't too hot during our stay, and didn't have anything directly underneath the unit.

The location was great - just a short stroll to Ellerslie with heaps of eateries and a few cool pubs/bars. Also close to Go Media Stadium ($10 Uber ride). The room was great and a nice huge bed which was firm (a little to firm for me - I would prefer firm than super soft though, so I'm hard to please I guess! The spa bath was fabulous and the bathroom itself was nice and clean. The shower was great also.

The outside is a bit shabby/tired. The outside stairs could have been swept, heaps of leaves and some rubbish. And I wish, I wish, I wish there were better options for coffee and that they would provide real milk in little glass bottles - those little plastic pottles of uft milk are just ridiculous and taste awful.

Outdated. Price didn’t match for what you received. However it was clean and beds were comfortable.

Great location, very clean and heaps of room. Parking was available right outside out door. Will stay here again

Some of the facilities were a little run down, the bench looked like it could do with being replaced and one of the bathroom cupboards was missing a handle

The staff is very helpful and friendly! Nice big and clean rooms, everything you need is there. Close to the city centre as well.
