there were 5 of us and a 2 year old. plenty of space, easy access to our 3rd floor room, great parking

A clean, modern hotel room with great views of the city. A great location - handy to Parnell and the city.

We have stayed here once before and liked it so much we came back! The views are amazing and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are small and somewhat dated but very comfortable.

Quiet location, comfortable bed, updated bathroom.

We prearranged with the hotel to leave our bicycle cases there while we cycled around New Zealand for 6 weeks. However when we were checking out the staff were not going to allow this as it was not a usual practice. After some discussion and insistence on our part the manager did agree. So, communication was poor.

Simple, yet cosy hotel, nothing fancy. Great location, ample parking, very good breakfast

Although our room was compact it had every convenience, two easy chairs with a practical table in-between, small but adequate kitchenette and a clean modern bathroom woth enough packing space for toiletries

The lift up felt a little rickety

Spacious king studio with balcony and superb views of the city and port. I choose to stay here most times I visit Auckland as it is a great location with onsite parking. Rooms and bathrooms have been upgraded since my last stay. Staff are friendly and helpful, and room was very clean.

Very roomy 2 bedroomed unit. Great parking. Quiet building and units. Good facilities in the kitchen. Roomy bathroom. Very nice bedding.

Shower head leaking more than comes out of the shower head. Spa bath screw covers all coming off - hard on your feet. Furniture quite tired. Chairs didn't match at the dining table.

The view, the location, the towels, so quiet. Can't wait to come back!

Nothing I love this place!

room was a motel room with a small kitchnette. Table in kitchen was so small you could not use. Staff were excellent and location

a gym or pool, the only place to sit and read outside was the patio for the restaurant

The only good thing was the location. Very close to the city, but a residential suburb. Great dining options within walking distance. The beds were pretty comfortable.

Old rooms. Ours was in the older part of the hotel, which is not shown clearly in any photos online. The room had a terrible musty smell which threw everyone off on entering. Had to buy a room freshener on Day 1 to survive. The bathroom didn't have a mirror in front of the wash basin; instead, it was on the side wall! Overall, I feel that we got a bad deal; quite unsatisfied, will recommend others to stay away from it. Can't comment on the newer building.

Higher floor room for great harbor and city views.

Instructions for air conditioning and heat are hopeless. You are supposed to scan a bar code on he tv which gives you info on "downloading" to your cellphone to use as remote for the heat/cool system. Hopeless for a 77 year old with Parkinson's.......!

Good view, spacious apartment, full amenities at reasonable price.

The view from the room was amazing, the beds were very comfortable and lots of parking spaces available.

The bathroom was very small.

Unfortunately we couldn't use the shower because there was no hot water

Excellent location, just a short stroll to cafes, restaurants and shops, but nice and quiet. Loved the view of the city skyline from the balcony and very comfy beds. Great to have plenty of free parking available also. Would stay again.

Wasn't so happy with the neighbours slamming their door every time they left and returned, but not much you can do about that.
