Yes, the Staff attitude they were so rude at the arrival on the next day. and when we arrived at night no body did open the door for us and we had to book another place to stay the night in as we were family including 3 kids all under 8.

Hi,I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent stay, as the apartment illustrated on the Booking.com app did not match the photos advertised.Upon arrival, we found that the rugs had an unpleasant smell, and the portable air-conditioning unit was improperly installed, with its outlet hanging through an open window. This made the apartment feel insecure and uncomfortable. As a result, my family did not feel safe staying there.Due to these conditions, I had no option but to check out early and book alternative accommodation. Unfortunately, this disruption also meant that I was unable to attend a wedding I had travelled for, which added to the distress and inconvenience caused.While I would like to acknowledge that the ground staff were helpful and did assist us where possible, the overall experience was very disappointing and did not meet the standard or description provided on the app.Thank you for your time and understanding. One of the window wouldn’t close as there was a big pipe going for AC. No kitchen utensils or chopping board. Bathroom clogged

Location was good, very close to mall. Loved the views up high

Microwave didn’t go, hair dryer stopped working. Washing machine wouldn’t take any powder would wash with just water. Beds were small. Tv sucked. Sewer smell in shower.

Location and modest proximity to the airport. Clean and safe neighborhood. Has all required facilities and supplies. Comfortable beds for peaceful sleep

Needs a little bit of work for the upholstery to be cleaned. The AC and microwave are working but might be set up in a better way. The rotating plate in the microwave does not fit properly. The window needs to be left open with the tube hanging outside for effective performance. Some clear documentation on where to find wifi details would be helpful

Location, Location, Location! 2 minute walk to Westfield Mall n Movie Theater. The 2 bdrm apartment was beautiful! Kitchen was stocked w/Plates, Bowls, Coffee cups, Utensils, Electric Tea Kettle, Toaster, Pots & Pans. Refrigerator, Dishwasher (Unnecessary in my Opinion, would prefer a clothes Drying Machine, since there was a Washing Machine that worked Great! My 2 Bdrm Apartment Located on 10th floor. Spectacular views of Manukau City! Loved my room bc window opens for fresh air; the 2nd Bdrm windows do not open. It had a fan, but still hot bcuz A/C in Livingroom doesn’t reach that room. Iron w/Ironing Board (Necessary!) front desk clerk named Shah was very Respectful, Friendly and Polite.

They only provide “1” Key to the Apartment. Asked for a second key but was told they only provide “1”. Difficult to go to meetings or plans when traveling w my 2 young adult kids who have their own set of plans. I would even pay for a 2nd set of Keys to the apartment, but not possible…

There was no breakfast. Rooms were hot and stuffy. Air conditioning needs updating. The hose was hanging out the window. Thank goodness for fans. We asked for the room to be serviced; it didn't happen because we did not understand each other. I booked 4 x kitchen rooms all same comments except 1 room the fridge smelt awful, and we didnt use it. However, we did enjoy our short stay.

The property is clean and the location of home is close to the town center. Very good for short stay and want to enjoy the hot springs. The host is very kind and the instructions of check-in and property are detailed and precise.

It is good to have laundry in the property. It is even better if the laundry is inside either kitchen or bathroom.

Nothing I liked

It was nothing like the pictures advertised. The area is not good. Lots of people living in those apartments. We even found a dirty nappie outside the window. It smell very bad. It was not well clean. Stains on the carpet. The furniture is damaged. We stayed 10min and left. Our payment was not reimbursed. Just the parking payment was reimbursed because we didn't stay. I lodge a complaint with booking.com, nothing was done. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Location was great, close to Westfield, Rainbows end and all the food spots we love in Manukau. Four bedroom apartment was exactly what me and my family needed for our holiday

Instructions for the washing machine and dryer, and a small heads up that the property was also for emergency housing. Slight annoyance being asked for change everyday from strangers while me and my family try to get onto our activities for the day.

I booked 1BR apartmemnt but was provided with 2BR which was very nice , livimng room was nice and spacey and clean, washroom was clean, check in was fast with no hassle.

i had stayed here several times and this time i booked for 6 nights but i had check out in 1 day as i did not felt safe to stay here due to some police offices were inside the premises at 10pm on 10th Sept night and they not allowed any of guests inside including me and was told some one was carrying gun inside the premises and i had book other accomodation to stay for that night and the rest of my journey. The property then deducted 2 nights of my charges and refunded the balance in 5 days, Thanks for the refund.

A bedside table with a nearby plug for phone charging would be a major improvementCannot put lights out once in bedRooms are showing definite signs of "abuse" - light hanging off the wall in bedroom, dishwasher dented and stainless steel casing hanging appeared to have been semi ripped off"Token" 30" TV

Air con not working, portable ac had window open so road noise was an issue

Good price and location, great having a full sized fridge, shower pressure was awesome

Not enough seating for 3 adults 1 person had to sit at the kitchen table, dishwasher didn't work food stains all down the front of the oven

Shower pressure was great and the location was convenient and close to a lot of things.

The beds wasn’t that comfortable, Air con was too loud and having to use the fans.
