Hotel location and staff

Decor was stunning, helpful friendly polite staff, location, comfy bed, coffee machine and tea selection, and the location was superb.

Our room wasn't serviced, the heating didn't work, and the iron was broken.

Tired interior. Lack of attention to detail for the price commanded.

Overall good location and good service from the staff.

The air-conditioning was too cold in one of the rooms and we couldn't lower it other than by turning it off.

Upon arrival, there have been noboby to take care for car & luggage!The windows in the room has been ugly dirty (picture). After claiming they promised to clean them next day! Guess what happens! Nothing!

The location was great ! Room was gorgeous and facilities too (heated pool).The breakfast was awesome with lots of choices ! And finally staff was super kind and helpful !

The room we had was overpriced for what it was and no extras were included. The room facilities were average. Parking was charged on top at $52 extra and for a $650 one night stay, I expected more. Free breakfast would have been nice for the price. The room hardly had a ‘city view’. Still yet to receive my bond back which is hugely frustrating considering. Please follow up on this asap.

Location was great. In house restaurant la Marée was so nice especially the breakfast. Staff were super friendly and very accommodating.

If I had to say one thing I think I’d upgrade my room next time to be over the water side as the road was very noisy at night outside our room. Also had to clean the coffee machine before I could use it.

All staff were excellent. Lovely quiet spot and great water features in hotel.All round an excellent choice.

Management should invest more in staff numbers they are run rugged but excel despite not because of the management.

The location was good and it was clean the staff were also very friendly.

Our fridge was turned off in the room so the drinks were warm. The Tv is very awkwardly placed so it’s hard to watch from the sofa or the bed without turning it and even then was awkward. The full buffet breakfast was very expensive for the quality and selection.

We were given a free bottle of wine to celebrate our 7th anniversary.

Toilet did not flush peoperly and was constantly blocking. Hotel room was quite dated and worn. But the worst part was the expensive breakfast buffet. Eggs we completely undercooked and tasteless, the bread that came with them appeared to just be brushed with Canola or something equally as gross. The bread selection was old and mostly very stale. Bacon was well overcooked and overall apart from fruit, cereals and juices, the selection was very poor.

Nice location close to Viaduct harbour

The room was very hot and maintenance could not seem to remedy it.
