The rate was awesome for the room.

There was a smell in the room like someone had been smoking but nothing serious. And i am not sure if it was a nonsmoking room booked.

This is a great motel for short days in Auckland. It is close to all transport so no need to take your car and then gave to find parking. The rooms are large and clean. Our unit was recently refurbished, will stay here again. Great value for money

Taps need a warning about the hot water, it is close to boiling and needs to be turned down.

Room was very basic but good for value

Booked for four people. Thought there was a couch but it was two double beds.

Location clean and comfortable I was pleasantly surprised by what was on offer for the price

Clean and tidy

Room was quite dark even with all lights on. And shower took a like to to get warm.

Handy to sporting event and supermarket. Nice sheets on bed

Cockroach in the bathroom. Untidy looking from outside. Netflix wood have been good too.

Free parking, was close to Auckland Showgrounds which is why we travelled to Auckland. Comfy place, had all we needed :)

Central to supermarket and other stores. Clean and friendly staff. Good shower and quiet.

Room was nice, second night had some loud girls party next door, but they were respectful of after hours.Paid for an extra person to stay, but they didnt turn up, and stayed an extra night, paid $180, thought I would get a discount, and a refund for visitor not turning up. Ended up going home, on last night, sort of felt ripped off.Do I recommend? Well it was a nice stay, but the uber had trouble trying to locate the motel, it wasn;t great when that happened each time. All in all happy to have stayed in a nice clean environment.

There were lots of ants in the kitchen area and not enough towels left for all of us staying in the room.Pillows probably need updating.

Our room was nice, clean, and comfortable. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 and had a simple kitchen and dining table. It was close to Go Media stadium so we could drive there and back for the concert.

The exterior could do with some attention, just looks a bit tired. But that didnt affect our stay at all.

Location was fabulous

The noise at 1am from the neighbouring room as they returned from being out, laughing and talking waking everyone. Wasn’t until banging on the walls did the quieten. The shower head was also broken.

The room was so spacious and really clean inside!

The outside was a mess on the patio. There were some questionable items in the garden

The location of the Motel is very handy to all attractions and gives easy access to the motorway for traveling in all 4 ways.The unit was clean , Shower was hot but the mixer was temperamental . Bed was firm

Each day we were there we had to phone the office to say we didn't want service, A simple do not disturb sign would work.No bag,suitcase table in the room. Dining chairs were hard and uncomfortable, Pillows were hard.The grounds are very untidy and the place is getting a little run down. The staff need some customer service training. We have stayed there times before but this time will be the last.

Big, spacious, room.

Dirty, unkept area directly outside the sliding doors. Made me not want to go out there. No light over the kitchen area, quite dark.

Fantastic shower! Bed was comfy. Everything needed there, kitchenette etc. Towels replaced each day. Some noise coming from another unit on our last day, but the staff happily and promptly addressed the issue which solved that problem.

Hairdryer was too weak.

Large living area, clean and comfortable and great value for money. Good coffee just around the corner

Happy with what I found

Great location with a short drive to the CBD and walkable to the supermarket. Really large room/bathroom which we appreciated. Staff were really helpful and let us borrow a clothes horse rack to do some laundry.

Big room and parking included. Public transportation right there if you don’t want to use a car. Close to Cornwall Park

Sound travels too easily between rooms.
