The breakfast was more than adequate. Good choice of food.

The access to Room 117 wasn't good. Steps wererough and not easy to step up on from where the car was parked. Also, when we arrived back at 11.30pm another guest had parked their vehicle right up against the steps blocking access to them. The exterior of the buildings needed to be repainted.

Good sized rooms

The fact you cant pay cash and that it isn't stated clearly when it gives you the option to pay on sight.Also I still haven't received my bond money back.

Great location, nice clean room. The staff were absolutely amazing!! They even called not long after check in to make sure that we were happy with our room. Will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area

The location was great. We could access the shops/ eateries/ supermarkets we needed on the one road - Lincoln Rd.

The pillows gave us both sore backs. And while I appreciate the hotel is an eco hotel, one small rubbish bin to service the whole room was less than ideal. No cutlery apart from teaspoons was inconvenient especially when staying the weekend as opposed to just an overnight stay. We wanted to cut some fruit and asked reception and we were given a butter knife.

It would have been awesome to be able to have a cooked breakfast at the venue as we had to go down the road for breakfast both days which we didn’t mind to much but would have been nice to support the venue

The location was perfect, we were attending festival at trusts arena. It was clean and very tidy, the reception lady was absolutely an amazing person to deal with, kind and bubbly

Great location as we were going to concert at Trust arena. Nice room and spacious bathroom. Clean.

Could hear people in room next door arguing all night. Had to get a bottle opener and extra towels for 3rd person from reception.Had to pay $100 bond. This was not explained at time of booking.

It was close to the event centre and other shops. Otherwise it had the bear basics with mini fridge, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispenser.

The noisey air conditioning unit, the dirty class and the swipe card access to the room was disabled before 10am. Price was on the slight higher side given how basic.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, more space in room then other places.Free car parking!!!

The basin in the bathroom didn't have much space around it. But there was plenty of shelving to put toiletries so all good. There was some hair on the bathroom floor

The staff were amazing. They rang to check in and make sure we settled in okay and we're great upon entering and exiting. The place was very tidy and it was a great stay. Very comfortable too and nice.

Could be a little cheaper but for the price it is nice and worth it still!

The wifi why do you have to pay wifi when staying at motel and paying the price for staying and including paying $10 for wifi unfair not good hated that. Plus including the $100 for bond you did not mention that when booked this accommodation or i would have canceled before checking yous out plus no microwave no knives and forks to cut fruit and someone taken our parking when outside the room we paid for. Not coming back ever again plus telling all my family & friends not to go to your accommodation plus I don't know when I'm getting my $100 back plus I paid heaps for staying there no more.

Affordable handy location close to my wedding venue for my guests to book.

Stayed the night here, booked 2 rooms(adjoining) which I asked for afterwards and was not a problem at all. Rooms were clean and tidy.

Aircon in one room wasn’t working properly and had some water leaking but still cooler than being outside

Location was good. Check in and out was efficient. Receptionist on the last day of check out was lovely. The goodhouse restaurant and bar is nice. Meal prices 28 dollars and up.

Miscommunication about breakfast. I had asked that if my mother and grand aunt wanted breakfast to charge it to my cc on record. When they went for breakfast they were told they didn't pay. In embarrassment my mum went to buy cereal. They then had to buy bowels spoons knifes and forks because the room had none. The room had no rubbish bin so my mum bought rubbish bags and used a paper bag. Only had the bathroom sink so she bought a plastic bowl to wash there dishes. The toaster microwave and paper utensils were held at reception which we found out about on the second night. Room was not cleaned daily but people came in and asked mum where the coffee cups were. I took them for a meeting and returned them on the same day. 15 dollars each for basic cereals and toast seems a little steep pak n sav is just down the road. See photos attached.

Loved the room which was large with 2 queen beds a garden balcony to sit out on an enclosed garden area. Bathroom spacious with great shower and provided all toiletries required.. room cleaned every day with plenty of fresh large lowers hand towels and facecloths. Highly recommend.

Perfect for me and my 3 children. Made life so much easier with a 1, 3 and 4 year old. Staff were amazing and helpful during the entire stay, housekeepers were always checking in. Absolutely amazing. So good I extended another week.

Location was great because it was close to Trust Arena where I went to a concert. The room and bed were comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was close to public transport and restaurants.

It would have been good to have a USB socket in the room or at least be able to borrow a USB plug at reception. Luckily I still have enough power on my portable power bank.
