Novotel Auckland Airport

Perfect located in the airport. 2 minutes walk from the terminal. Surprising quiet hotel, so closed to the airport. good beds. Good restaurant.

The location was right on the airport, we walked over to have dinner at the airport, so handy. It was a breeze with an early morning flight to walk out and straight over to check in. Any future early morning flights will definitely be booking here again.

Only thing that was a bit annoying was that the beds were on wheels so they moved if you rolled over or went to sit on the bed. Wish it was a bit cheaper for the price but understand that it was expensive because of the location. Could not work out when adjusting the aircon how to do it properly so the room felt a bit warm and stuffy at times but was bareable

Incredibly close to Auckland Airport which gave ease of mind for an early morning flight. Great room, very comfortable and modern.

2 minute walk from airport, check in easy with friendly staff.I had no NZ dollars so could not tip porter, he smiled & said "a handshake is enough"! Ladies on desk friendly & welcoming too.Next morning the porter loaded my cases on airport trolley for me.Very comfortable & easy stay.Would stay again if needed

For a well used Hotel it has maintained its standards and been maintained very well.

No quiet place to have a meeting with drinks facilities. Only place to meet was in the restaurant.

Perfect location for airport, easy access, great restaurant , great welcome on arrival.

So close to the international airport terminal. Big room, large bathroom, great shower and the bed was so comfortable. Blissful after 25 hours on a plane

The hotel was incredibly convenient to the airport. We also utilized the Skydrive Express shuttle to get to and from downtown Auckland and it was super easy to get to from the hotel. The hotel was very clean and nice and our room had a great view of the airport and a beautiful sunset. The hotel accommodated a late checkout before our flight. We were very happy with our stay here.

The friendly, welcoming staff are the principal reason we return to this hotel on our frequent visits to NZ.

Too many glass doors in the suite.No club lounge.

Room was a little small. Booked for three adults and wasn't much space for all our suitcases.

The location is great for the airport. The rooms are very comfortable.

For the price I would expect everything to be in place. We had to ask for a hairdrier and the staff member we asked responded in s manner that it must be in the room and we hadn't looked properly.

Although we stayed only 1 night due to an early flight, we are very satisfied with the room. The staff is also very helpfull. All in all a good hotel close to international terminal.
