Great location...walking distance to Auckland Show Grounds. The room was a great size, and was very clean. Couldn't really fault it to be honest. The staff I spoke to were very pleasant and helpful...they called me back straight away after they were unable to pick up my call to confirm a detail. And the price was pretty good too.How often does that happen these days?

Honestly, there was nothing. If I was being incredibly picky (and I'm not), their parking spaces aren't very wide. If you drive a big car, you might have to breathe in to get out.Stay there, I doubt you'll regret it.

I like how spacious and clean the place is! Very good location, near Newmarket area.

Had trouble explaining with cleaners as they don’t speak English. I was about to take shower and I asked the cleaner lady to come later she kept repeating “cleaning” like she’s programmed

It was clean, up to date, the motel people weren’t nosey and annoying, they done their job and then left us to enjoy our stay. The location was super awesome - there were restaurants near by and a great selection. We especially enjoyed the sake bar and the atmosphere was interactive and a great experience. The cornwell park is just across the road that gave a nice excuse to go for a stroll and it was especially beautiful to wake up to the tūī singing in the mornings. Only 100m and there are some Thai massage providers which could add to a lovely stay. Excellent motor inn - I will definitely stay again.

There’s a row of little lights by the tv that I did not like and hung a blanket over the tv to block during the night. Minute but they could provide a better quality toilet paper instead of such a small ply - little stuff really but can make that point of difference. And car parking is free but tight.

The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and had everything required for a pleasant three night stay. It was very clean.The location suited us being close to Cornwall Park and Newmarket. Parking was never an issue for us even though it was a full house over the three days we were there. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient.

Nothing much to complain about. The motel is probably a little above average for Auckland and we have stayed in many over the years.

We had a one bedroom suite on the upper level. It was quite spacious and had a mini kitchen where you could fix up a snack. It was very clean and comfortable. The bedroom window offered a lovely view of part of Cornwall Park. Communication to Newmarket and the city centre was relatively easy considering the Auckland traffic.

The whole experience was fantastic. Great room great facilities and friendly staff in a great location so central to everywhere. I can't rate the place any higher.

We were upgraded to a one bedroom unit which was lovely but it was so comfortable and clean with everything you needed including a massage chair - something I didn't know I needed!
