Excellent shower and comfortable bed

Kitchen was a 3star rate, bathroom was a bit dirty

Only good thing about this place was the proximity to work

No milk in the fridge each dayNo SKY TV as advertised on the wallTelephone did not workA deluxe room? Would have hated to see a standard room

Some I’m guessing emergency housing people there, blocking our car in, being loud at very early hours, pool was empty and unkempt grounds. Meant to stay two nights. Stayed one and left. Said was deluxe suite, missed the deluxe part

The location suited the reason for my stay.

The room smelt musty and wasn't as big as I thought. The state of the motel and room is quite dated.

It was nothing like the photos. it was quite run down, the pool was empty & looked dirty. The shower nossel hung down. There was no aircon

The location suited us perfectly. The staff were lovely, and extremely helpful.

The pool was not operational, which was a key reason for booking the hotel, other than the location. The kitchen utensils and plates were ok, but the pots and pans were old, slightly rusted, and not safe to use. The photos on the website do not reflect the current condition of the hotel. There was no air conditioning,

Comfy bed

Very noisy permanent residents all night - adults shouting, kids screaming, cars coming and going, doors slamming...Lots of small things that could easily be rectified - no chopping board, no hand towel, no tissues, only a part roll of toilet paper, broken shower head, no bedside lamp.....

Location worked out well for us and they were accommodating for a late check in.

First impressions is that the property was not like the photos. It was really run down and appeared to have emergency accomodation there. When we left in the morning, there were young kids riding scooters and playing around vehicles in the carpark, including a young baby crawling underneath our Ute.When we arrived, the room was hot and only had 1 fan for two sleeping areas. Room was dirty, we found an empty wine bottle, RTD can, dirty glass and AirPods under the bed in the lounge, there were also cracks in the walls.

Room was a bit tired. Clean, but dated bathroom facilities.

Nothing at all . There were Cockoroch in the fridge , water cylinder leaking .

Leakage in the room . Cockroach in the fridge .

My sister stayed and found the hotel to suit her requirements, Very handy location, clean and comfortable

The location was useful and good for where I needed to go

It is advertised that there is a private outdoor pool for use which is the main reason of choosing this place. However when arriving to the property ,we have found that the pool was empty and not useable. Not very happy for that.

Location for our trip to auckland, Smart tv, Shout out to lady who serviced our room, and helped remedy afew things

Saw a needle out our back door, some appliances that didnt work

Room was tidy and looked recently painted.

The net curtains in the lounge and 2nd bedtoom were partly hanging off, the light in the main bedroom didn't work and the TV had no sound, this was corrected by the receptionist. The advert on booking.com showed a swimming pool full of water but the pool,was empty.

Terribly place

Pictures don’t match online. Not very clean and bed is very uncomfortable. Pool is broken the ad is completely different to what u get.Receptionist is rude.
