Great location and views over the water

Apartment was very dated, shower constantly leaked on floor, furniture and appliances old and need upgrading, bedding was smelly

Excellent place to stay in Auckland. The beds were good. I often stay at theses apartments and enjoy the location. Our room this time, wasn't as good as on past occasions to stay in. Unusual layout of apartment but great views and would stay again at Harbour suites.

Views of harbor from 37E were great and proximity to docks was fantastic!!

Unit was terribly stocked up if you want to use the cooking facilities. Very stingy management. Parking not available and pricy. Public parking not convenient if you are not from NZ.

Location, staff, swimming pool, Gym and environment around the hotel.

Washroom was so tiny. Uncomfortable to use, and sink was small. Not value of money.

We did not like the property.

The room had 2 bedroom, lounge, kitchen, 1 bathroom. Very small and cramped, but that is expected as it is a small apartment.The apartment is very noisy, it’s like you are living in a wind tunnel, like Zeus was striking you down!We could not tolerate the cooking smell. As soon as you enter the apartment, the cooking smell hits you, smell of onions.The main bedroom bedding smelled of body odour. The sheets looked clean but the duvet and pillows smelled foul, like the previous occupants had a sweaty workout and then straight into bed.

Dirty and tired deco. Holes in carpet and tattered curtains. Doors didn't open. Horrible

Great location, great staff.

Poor air conditioning, kitchen poorly equipped, toilet hard to flush and dripped all night, whistling from the elevator shaft.

The location was perfect

The silicon job around the floor was very poor and made it look dirty, and the bath leaked. Couldn't get the water to go super hot either which was disappointing. Staff were very lovely though

Location easy for walking around the bottom of the city area. View of the water nice but the solid concrete balaustrade in the lounge means you need to stand up to see out.

Lounge baulastrade blocks all sea views when sitting on the furniture. You have to stand up to see out.

Easy to find and fast check in.

Bathroom in the suite is beautiful but very skinny.

Was super clean and a good location close to HOHO bus and places to eat. Tiny balconies with beautiful views.

Basic with no frills. Was nervous because it was across from a strip joint and next to a liquor store.

It is right in downtown and from our room we could see the Skytower and the sea! Great location!There is a 24/7 reception, so don't worry. The staff was friendly and helped us with the shuttle to the airport.

There was no room service, but they got us the refills for shampoo and conditioner at request.

A bit warm in the bedrooms at night w/o A/C

It had a washer dryer and basic kitchen. Great view from the room and loved having AC. The best was the front desk staff who were so helpful and accommodating. I arrived at the airport realizing I’d lost my passport. The staff member I spoke with immediately went to check the room for me. She also granted us a flexible check out time. We felt very well taken care of :D

It’s nothing fancy and our room was pretty small, but it got the job done and was good for the prices

Great location down by the wharves. I fact, this was chosen because of its location. Awesome view. Watched the cruise boats chugging by. Very close to the ferries that go to Waiheke Island (which is quite magnificent!!).

Ok, this is a list. 1. We arrived at about 8:30pm. No easy parking to go in to the reception. Opposite a series of gentlemen's clubs. I would not leave my daughter in the car when I went to check in. 2. Then, actual parking - there is none. So, although the room rate was ok (but not great), you need to add $100 per day for parking (yes, you heard that correctly) because a 'day' in Auckland is only 12 hours, and, although you only were charged $45 per day max fee, you had to pay for 2 days every day. Plus, most of the car parking was open air, and any undercover carkparks closed and locked at about 10pm. (Wellington was very similar). 3. Internet - virtually non-existent. There was Wi-fi in the rooms (apparently), but they couldn't hold or maintain any kind of signal, so we needed to use our travelling wi-fi plans for almost everything.4. TV was older, and wouldn't identify our iPhones as access points, so we had to use the accommodation wi-fi which was not capable of delivering any meaningful content without endless buffering.5. Only 1 sachet of dishwasher powder so we couldn't run the dishwasher twice.6. This is a strange one - NZ seems to have an active aversion to air conditioners, so we had a portable roll in air con in the main room, and nothing in the bedrooms. We opened the windows for ventilation, but they were those tiny non suicide type windows, and the wind either howled through them or missed them completely. 7. The stuck on body wash and shampoo bottles fell off the shower wall at about midnight on the first night, so we just left them on the bath edge.

Location - amazing, view form the room - top, parking in the building (need to book in advance), washing machine and dryer in the room / very convenient, fully staffed kitchen. Great place.

Water on the toilet didn’t stop properly after flashing.

Clean room, comfortable, had amenities, including refrigerator. It was relatively central.
