Room not ready on arrival,but a very pleasant staff member accepted our luggage

Close to train station, great to have a pool. Spacious room for a family.

Location was central and great, there was enough parking for our rental car so that was convenient. They had a laundry that was no extra cost. Staff were very friendly.

Facilities were okay, just a little bit dated. Bathroom was a bit cramped. The actual cleanliness of the beds was very good but maybe carpets need to be cleaned more regularly. Honestly though, with location it was very great value for money and so I know if the place was perfect it would be unaffordable.

Room was clean, spacious and comfortable

Good one night stay, spacious two bedroom apartment, plenty of towels and face towels were left out for us which we appreciated.

There was no milk to make a cup of tea. Other tea options would have been good.

The staff were sooo lovely and accommodating, they allowed us to check in early so we could get ready for our concert! The room was clean and tidy, and such a great location with parking available too.

Bed was slightly too firm and maybe some more pillows available, but that’s a personal preference

Basic but clean with easy parking. 5 minutes from train into the city.

Nothing in particular, just a simple motel with no frills, great for somewhere to park and sleep.

The rooms although dated, served the purpose well. Clean and spacious.

Pool was filthy, no air conditioning, tv had no signal

Spacious clean room. The best cafe located on site and easy access on foot to local shops. Hope to return when the weather improves to check out the pool.

Would have liked more sky channels but only because the weather was so bad. Otherwise this is not really important.

The accomodation was close to the event we were attending over the 2 nights we stayed.

The room appeared tidy but the smell was not great. Beds were very hard to sleep on. On our second night we had some other guests who was staying at the Motor lodge, drinking and playing music loudly and making alot of noise. One of them came into our room. But realised he walked into the wrong room. Not a very good place to stay if you have babies/children with that type of carry on.

We found it to be a great location, was centred to all the different activities we wanted to do with the kids. The pool was a fun added bonus for the kids We also found owners friendly

We didn’t like the blinds in the bedroom or lounge area, as soon as the sun rose in the morning we were awake as they let in so much light - definitely could do with being replaced. The bathroom could also do with some serious work, the window latch was missing so the window did not close, the shower head was way too low, even for a short adult my head was over the shower head, meaning you had to duck to get under and wash hair and face. All rooms also ran off one small hot water cylinder and they recommended you waiting 20 minutes in between each shower otherwise the hot water ran out which is not very convenient for families

Location was good for our needs

The room was tired and needs a good refresh. No light block out on the kitchen window, car parking was awkward. Pillows had a strange smell.

Property was very convenient and easy to get to.

A bit of wear and tear on the property and a bit hot with no aircon.

Clean sheets, lovely service, staff so helpful and friendly. Good location. Good sized room.

There were a lot of flies in the room. I went and brought fly spray. The bed was hard for me so I had a sore back. Room is a bit dated for price.

The pool was great, nice cool off. Our room was great for our family, good space for our kids to move around without standing on eachothers toes.

There were a few clumps of hair on the carpet... Trust my baby found 5 knots lying around.

Reasonably priced, good location.

The occupants of room 10 were noisy and basically disrupted everyone's sleep till past midnight. I thought it was considered polite to keep things quiet after 10pm out of consideration for everyone else. The manager was sympathetic when I mentioned the noise when checking out.

Really good location. Close to Eden Park Stadium and also the CBD. The rooms were clean and room service came daily to tidy and refresh towels.

Nothing not to like for the price range.
