Albany Rosedale Motel

Won’t be staying there again

The sheets weren’t cleaned, I pulled back the bedding and there was food in it my baby could have chocked on it in the night if he put it in his mouth. Also my toddler pulled men’s underwear out from under the bed. Was not clean at all they were not friendly either.

We have a comfortable & enjoyable stay, room is clean and tidy, kitchenette is a bonus. The place is quiet and very convenient to restaurants they have basement free parking as well. The staffs are helpful and accommodating.Wifi is good. The room is good value for money.

Stayed to be close to university. Good onsite facilities including restaurant but other food options on road front also. Modern well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Great basement parking. Loved that complex was locked and secure overnight.

Bed was very comfortable. Loved the amenities and on-site restaurant.

I liked the closeness and it was clean.

The pool was scummy looking had missing tiles when you walked in. Other than that was good for one night stay.

Location, price , lots of facilities. Nice Korean dinner close by

Room had a smell

Good shower

Room wasn't clean properly Had the distinctive smell of asian cooking all night lots of bangingOverall a poor experience

I like the econ especially during the humid nights no very good facilities and staff were helpful

Tap on basin was broken

Bad

Room wasn't clean, tv didnt work, fridge was rusty.

Reliable for been able to check in early,, and good time for checking in,

No sky tv movies,,,

Easy check in, room big enough for a night stay for 3. Easy access to the pool.

Not enough pillows, not enough parking

Only stayed 1 night, it was comfortable and clean

All was good

Work trip. Picked for its convenient location to appointment. Undercover parking also a good feature.

Room a little tired and found it quite noisy.

I liked it was handy to the party we attended. The accommodation was very good and comfortable. Shower pressure was awesome,

I didn't get to stay longer.

Room was perfect, bathroom was good, but the spa was working, bed was not that comfortable, kitchen was nice and clean, but should have enough milk in the fridge, should have spare pillows, should have a phone inside the room so we can contact the reception for something we need, should have 4 towels, but we only have 2,but anyways thank you for beautiful services, and for having us over..

Bed was awesome , but we didn't know how to turn the power on and get the wifi working. A note in the room would have been helpful instead of having to go back down to reception. But the staff where lively

That we couldn't stay 2 nights as they were booked out of separate beds

Has a pool and parking , nice bathroom

Some of the furniture is a bit worn but it was clean, tidy

My car was robbed in their secure car park- not good.

My car was robbed in their secure car park- not good. All my personal belongings, keys, Christmas presents stolen

Friendly staff. Daily service. Good central location.

No way of contacting reception other than going downstairs. Smell of smoke in the rooms. Bath mats were stained. Didn’t know they didn’t have payWave which was inconvenient

Spa bath, fresh towels each day, good amount of rubbish bins, quiet space

Toilet lid screws loose and fell off twice. Hot tap in kitchen sink, caused hot water to come out of filter.
