Great room layout with kitchenete. Good shower and location perfect for Waiheke island and local eateries.

The building and some fixtures are tired. E.g. carpets, curtains, out door table.

The owner of the property is very lovely and very accommodating. Would certainly come back. Beautiful grounds and close to some amazing restaurants. Would like to recommend staying here

Fine for the price but...

The room needs a new couch that isn’t placed so low, it is extremely uncomfortable and dirty and needs replacing, there are no redeeming qualities.

It's our first time there. Easy to findcar. Perfect scenery and the view was absolutely amazing for a hot beautiful day. The staff are kind and friendly. We had wonderful neighbour's as well. There is a near by walking bridge to bucklands Beach and a mini market just down the road as well. Good outdoors for anyone.

Awww , we definitely didn't like the fans we had in our room as it didn't do much for cooling us down. During the day on arrival the fans were on just not working well for a hot day and extremely hot night but It will be great to have air conditioning instead of fans. No screen protectors on the sliding door and windows. No fan for the bathroom so heat can go out. The windoe was good but screen protectors will be good for ventilationand privacy, that same goes for the toilet window. The laundry, you have to pay for the washing and drying that's $5.00 each but the dryer is too high and way too small, as i as a short person couldnt reach the inside of the dryer. The guy receptionist said there were two machines for drying but then when i approached him again he told me just the one machine, he also didn't know the closing time of the laundry room. The laundry area is super small and needs ventilation so it's not too stuffy. The TV was abit small and so were the tiny milk for that room. The reception area is always closed or unattended for then you would have to ring the bell many times for someone to come and assist you. The beds were nice and comfortable to sleep on. The duvet blankets had alot of stains on them in which I had to take photos of after stripping the beds down before we left, they had stains on both sides and the duvet blankets had been turned upside down to make out it's clean. When we booked the hotel online , we had a room for 4 adults with a balcony and sea view but we ended up with a sea view instead. Just hope when we come back they have better fans.

Close to everything we needed, we were able to use their laundry, it was quiet and very roomy. It's bigger than my 1st apartment.

It is an expensive area, next to a harbor.

Excellent location and harbour views from living room. Friendly staff who pointed out nearby shopping centre with amazing cafes and restaurants a one minute walk away. Layout of motel room was thoughtful and had everything we needed.

Fairly basic accommodation (no dishwasher), but was lovely and relaxing and we hope to come visit again.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Great location, a single room was still very spacious.

Our room was comfortable enough but we were astounded that there was no provision to store or hang clothes.

It would be great to have hooks in the bathroom to hang our clothes, air conditioning a d fly screens on the windows/ sliding door

Amazing location, walk to cafes, ferry to downtown Auckland. Tidy rooms, basic but had everything we needed. Amazing staff, very helpful and cheerful welcome. Thank you. We will be back :-)

Great location by the marina. Receptionist, Michelle, was really welcoming. Could have our wee dog stay too.

Needed air con in the room as was very hot and only a fan available.
