Great service. Close too everything we esnted

The room looked inviting - new carpet and everything was clean.

The staff were exceptional - check-in was very straightforward as reception made sure everything that we needed was ready prepared for us and they made us feel that anything we might need was not a problem. Cleaning staff also made certain rooms were clean & tidy, with sufficient tea & coffee facilities. Location was very good - being close to public transport (buses) meant that we didn’t need to drive into the city to get around.

Bed was comfortable, AC worked well, and the staff was easy to work with!

I didn’t love the glass door but it wasn’t a big deal at all.

Location, friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Love the eco store products on bathroom.

Right across from Alexandra Park. Rooms were decent.

Not very well noise isolated so you can hear people from other rooms.

It was clean, quiet, super close to where I needed to go and excellent value for money!

The hair dryer was broken and it was mounted on the wall. They did not have any extra. So wet hair in winter…but it was not a big issue as they are always very polite and friendly.We are now staying two nights (31 July - 2 August). The room was how we left off this morning and no fresh towels. They instructed to put towels on the floor if we wanted the fresh ones. So we did and we needed to wipe the water on the floor which came out from the shower anyway. No shampoo etc because we used up the tiny tube.We can make our own bed and clean our dishes but we cannot wash our towels as there are no laundry facilities. The reception is closed so we will not see them before we leave tomorrow. Very unsatisfied for the first time :(

Very friendly staff

Great value for money - older motel but really well kept, clean and cosy. Good offstreet parking. Despite its close proximity to the busy Green Lane West Road, felt the traffic noise was minimal too.

It was clean, comfortable, and good location for what we wanted. The person on reception was very helpful.

This is a wonderful place to stay. This is the second time I've stayed here. My son had an appointment at Greenlane Medical Center so we came to stay the night before. It is the perfect location. Rooms are nice and spacious and beds are very comfy. Highly recommend this place!!

Incredible good customer service! Gotham at the reception was really sweet and helpful with any kind of issues. Comfy bed and tidy room under the roof. Would definitely recommend and stay again :)

Property was very close to the city with lots going on in the local area. It was clean, spacious and good value for money. Staff were friendly too.

There was a little odour in the room but no other complaints.

The location was great! Close to a lot of shops, petrol stations and restaurants. Not too far from anything. The room itself was really spacious and comfy. The owner upgraded the room for free which I really appreciated. Beds were super comfy and I love the skylight in the bathroom! Shower is quite spacious as well and the water heated up quickly! (Which I’m not used to). Staff and owner were very friendly too. Will be coming back :)

If I could complain about anything, maybe the flight of stairs? There are multiple flights if you are put in the rooms upstairs. I personally didn’t mind being upstairs but that may be because I was only staying one night and didn’t have to haul multiple bags up there
