Had to ask for milk

Clean, well decorated. We were grateful for the air conditioner in the heat. Close to Sylvia Park. Had a unit at the back so very quiet with no road noise.

Unfortunately the Internet wasn't fast enough to even stream YouTube. Some milk would have been nice for the hot drinks provided.

Great location, reasonably priced.

It's a little tired, needs a little refreshing.

How the bathroom door wouldn't lock

Everything we needed for a one night stay. The room was modern and clean and they were very accommodating with a late check in request.

Traffic made getting in and out difficult at times but manageable.

Comfortable beds, clean and tidy place, big fridge, pretty plates and mugs, own parking area.

Need to reconnect with WiFi daily, exhaust fan not really functional, no closets inside the room but there is a shared one on the lounge. The houskeeping did not clean our room even if we displayed the card for them to do so.

Great large space, tidy & clean. Comfortable beds. Quite rooms. Friendly staff, great location close to Sylvia Park, restaurants, Ikea and much more.

The heat pump could do with a quick clean, glad we had one because it was so hot. It would be nice to have a little milk and a bottle of water when you arrive to go with the teas and coffee you kindly provided. A suitcase stand would be great for guests instead of on the floor. I loved the coat stand that was a clever idea. Instead of the table for the lamp by the couch we suggest a shoe bench so that we can stack our shoes out of the way, off your carpet. These are just suggestions that would make a next stay even better. We definitely would come back. Thank you.

Very clean and great location - handy to IKEA, Sylvia Park and motorway.

One very small suggestion - it would be good to have a side table on both sides of the bed, as there was only one.

The place was spacious for my husband and I. The toilet and bath was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our one night stay. The location was good because it was close to the road and not too far from the motorway. The staff was nice and helpful too.

Everything was great but the one day we asked for cleaning services we feel nobody really did much. They gave us a toilet roll, our beds had the same sheets and it wasnt made, just pushed back and not tucked in, looked very messy like they were ina. Hurry. Was a bit weird but....im sure if we would have said something the staff or owners would have done something. We just weren't that fussed and leaving the next day. Overall it was great though!

Exactly as expected. Good, clean 2 bedroom unit. Close to Sylvia Park, Staff were great. Basic but great value for money. Units recently updated so are fresh and tidy.

The staff were extremely helpful and the motel very clean. The beds were comfortable and the location suited us fine as we had a car and were able to drive to the places we wanted to go.

Rather more information about places to eat in the immediate vicinity of the property. The internet was rather problematic.

Convenient location. Great parking outside unit. Quiet even though it is on a busy road.

Bed was not very comfortable. Could feel the springs. Needs a comfort layer on top.

The accomodation was well maintained, recently updated (at least for 2 out of the 3 rooms we had). The rooms were more spacious than expected and the bathroom was really nice. Over all a great place to stay!

The third room we had (a smaller room) had a shower that wasn’t renovated yet (or not to the same standards as the other two).

We traveled as a family of 6 and booked 2 rooms, a family room for 4 and a double studio and stayed 5 nights. Both rooms were clean and tidy and have aircon too. Loved the parking space. The onsite laundry was handy and the management were friendly and helpful. The motel was very close to Sylvia Park Mall and had great access to the motorway.

Spacious and Clean.

Mattress needs change, especially the single ones, it’s almost have nothing on it.

Love how it was separated from the rooms and gave the kids some space rather then cramped up good size tv all the channels on sky. Good shower clean beds were good and comfy. All the microwaves and oven. Oh and great cause you get your own parking spot and a small outdoor deck

The couch could use a couple cushions but not neccesary nothing much bad to say really good don't know why it's only 3 star it's atleast 4.5
