    Pros +

    • Good location, spacious & clean
    • It is my second time staying at The Quest and it is definitely my go to for future business trips as it is ideally located just 900m away from our Auckland branch. The rooms are cosy, comfortable and very clean. The staff are friendly, accommodating and very helpful making check-in and check-out an absolute pleasure. A bonus to me was the fact that I did not have to drive anywhere for a meal and other necessities as the cafe and restaurants are very conveniently located on the premises.
    • Room was ok all good there.

    Cons -

    • The first time I stayed at Quest I was on the 6th floor and there was no parking due to construction, but the comfort of the room made up for it, and I was very happy with the room. This time around I booked a parking spot ahead of time and worked out perfect. I stayed in room 415, while it was very clean the bed in this particular room was not very comfortable and was on wheels and kept on moving when I got onto it which was a bit of a pain.Overall, Both times I stayed it was a great experience.
    • WIFI IS THE WORST AND IT SPOIILED MY STAY AT QUEST. WIFI IS BAD BAD BAD. I COULD NOT EVEN WORK FROM MY ROOM. THE CONNECTION KEPT ON DROPPING EVERY MINUTE.
    • Booking process was a bit confusing. Several emails confirming different things and asking to fill in forms, which then were not required after all (apparently these were meant only for direct bookings, not when booked through booking.com). After having my late check-in confirmed, I still received emails confirming a 2pm check in and requesting me to contact the hotel if I wanted to check in late. It all worked out, but was a bit tiring at the time.

Very well equipped, clean apartment. The location is convenient as long as one has own transport. Not many dining options in the vicinity, but some a few minutes drive away. Not too far from Auckland Airport either.

Excellent location. The room size was also decent and had amazing facilities.Sundar was available on the phone since we had a late check-in and needed some help finding a parking spot.

How close it was to the places that our contractor needed to go to. Fairly straightforward check-in.

The airconditioning was noisy and there was an alarm in the middle of the night.

The room was clean and lovely

unfortunately there was a lot of construction going on outside which was noisy in the room and made it confusing for parking and finding the hotel entrance. There was no secure parking available and it was a little unnerving walking from the carpark to the hotel on my own at night through the construction site. I will definitely stay again but will ask for a room at the opposite end of the construction site

    Good location

Construction out the front and people smoking at the front as you walked in

    9SuePosted on: 7-16-2025

Location was excellent, found the room clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

    No faults.

I was in transit to catch a night flight out of Auckland and Highbrook is a better location

    8Babyg87Posted on: 4-15-2025

very spacious, even a washer and dryer in the room. Room was clean and well presented even chocolates waiting for us on the bed.

Beds are the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on - pillows just as bad. Its such a pity as the apartment really is clean, lovely and well presented - however I was debating on sleeping on the floor the bed was just that bad. There is currently construction going on around the building which is noisy, and makes the entrance incredibly hard to find.

We were just there for the night. We had an unexpected guest (our grandson) who decided he wasn’t ready to go home to his parents. It wasn’t a problem at all for the awesome staff to accommodate the last minute change. We all appreciated it and the two staff members at the desk were amazing! Our moko has already said he can’t wait to come back. We live in Otara and this was just about “getting out”

the room is clean and comfort, tv is boring and the construction noise , also no grocery shop near by no restaurant as well the area is not suitable for someone who came on holiday, it may suits people come for work. also the lift is fully equipped by the cleaners you have to wait for long

the room setup is really nice

    8PhilPosted on: 3-31-2025

Room spotlessly clean, undercover parking if pre booked, washer and dryer in the room. Bathroom is small but shower great. Have to drive a distance to go to restaurants.

    10BradPosted on: 3-30-2025

Room was clean and staff were very friendly at the front desk.

Less alcohol would have made the sleep a bit better. That ones on me

    Need more Sky channels

    9SarahPosted on: 3-23-2025

The property was very central and handy to the motorway. Even with the work going on around the building it didn’t interfere with us at all.

I loved the fact the apartment had a washing machine and a dryer in the room. It’s not often you see that. Lady at the front desk was friendly and lovely and made us feel very welcomed.

    10LamaPosted on: 3-22-2025

Cleanliness, and comfortable. Staff very helpful in organising after hours check in.

    Nothing at this stage.

    9DawnPosted on: 3-17-2025

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were wonderful. I like the secure underground parking facilities, even though it is at an extra cost.

    Pillows were a bit soft.
