- Service was excellent. Check in was smooth and fast as we arrived late at o:30pm to the hotel . Modern, very clean bathroom
- Well appointed rooms were very comfortable. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Location is convenient to the ferry and downtown shops and restaurants. Breakfast options were good. Very helpful staff arranged room change because of noise.

Cons -
- Doors along the corridors are heavy so with luggages it is hard to manage. As with any older building, the lift is slow and small. No parking close by, so best to use valet parking service which is not cheap.
- Noise from nightclub next door. The adjoining rooms should not be booked on nights the club is open. It is was so loud we had to change rooms in order to sleep. Location is challenging to find with very limited parking while you check in.
- Concierge not always there so it was a bit awkward accessing the hotel to check in

Location, staff very helpful and friendly
well renovated, lovely inside, only downfall tiny shoebox room, they should just warn you beforehand, but everything you need is there, so would def return!
